Fun fact for the Nana glitch at 3:04. In Super Smash Bros Brawl, if Link or Toon Link uses his Final Smash (Triforce Slash) on Nana instead of Popo, there will be the same visual glitch as in the clip. I found the same glitch but Nana was literally in slow motion. I manage to do it only once. But yeah, the glitch is still HERE!

So the Sona clearly requires a 3+ player game taking the Iceys last stock. Otherwise the respawning would automatically replace Nana. And i have a feeling it was probably frame perfect, interrupting Nanas death animation.

Byleth vs Diddy gives me the same vibes as Roy reverse up-b on Jigglypuff in Melee. The game uses a really high set knockback value to make sure the next hit follows up and if it doesn't get interrupted it can kill at 0%

Nana is a strong independent climber who don't need no P1

My theory is that the animation for Nana to vanish was perfectly timed so it was stopped by the stuns. If you have Nana ENTIRELY stunlocked during the final smash's ending, it may work. Think of like two super scopes, marths final smash, and killing Popo.

I like the Hero shirt and the slot handle is probably a reference to DQ since it has a face but i think it would have been funnier to be a "B" button on the end since most of his RNG is the Command Menu and you pull those handles down to spin the slots, so it'd be like he's pulling "B" down and rolling for something good like the input in game lol.

The first hit of Byleth's Up-B is fixed knockback so it can link into the second at any percent. I belive that when it is put in hitstun from Diddy's Up-B, only the fixed knockback hits, which is why it kills at 0% and 999% the same way.

That ice climbers thing has happened to me too, except I play as Nana so it was a So-po ai just playing ( he died pretty fast tho)

I think the one time it worked it failed afterwards because Popo spawned back, which forces Nana to respawn with Popo. It has to be last stock and Nana getting hit out of the despawn animation after Popo is KO’d in anyway and in a specific way. That’s my theory, at least

The reason the Buster Wolf did that is because it's technically a command grab, and that means the one-second regrab rule was in effect. So instead ot he hit connecting, it just pushes them away.

The ice climbers thing happened to me back in 2019 but my video got deleted after an update. In mine, it was on Garden of Hope so there was no water. It was the same thing with the multihit but I don't remeber which moves were being used. Mine was in a 3-player smash, and Nana lived until the end. I was player 3, as soon as player 2 lost his last stock the game ended declaring player 1 the winner even though Nana was still alive.

I think for the nana bug you were on the good path and it’s a mix of the multi hit that makes her survive but it’s the fall into water that make it concrete.

I think the Diddy Kong recovery decreases the active gravity of Diddy, and it actively decreases as the barrels loose charge.

The music they used in this episode was tight!

Nana was being hit by both the final smash and the machinegun, with the machinegun keeping Nana stuck so she wouldn't get knocked back. It might require both effects to prevent the nana poof.

I think that nana lived through popo's ko, because she had the despawn particle effect, but got hit, so maybe it messed with her despawn? I don't know.

In the nana solo clip right as popo dies there's a strange visual effect around nana. Sort of looks like the effect when you pick up and eat food to heal. Edit: nevermind, when nana disappears in the other clips she has the same little spiral, light effect.

I believe that the solo nana was cause by the moment she left the water she was trapped in the “toot toot toot” and then the other one died

So I analyzed that Ice Climbers frame by frame. I noticed that Popo initiated an air dodge right before he got hit with the beam that killed him. I also noticed they got hit literally the exact time they {should have} dissipated. I also noticed Nana got out of the water, hopped out into the beam, fell back in, and then jumped out into the beam, so maybe the buffering of the air dodge in combination with the water could have something to do with it?

I think I'm that Ridley in the second-to-last clip 🧐 that would be crazy

Speaking of merch, if you did the projectile shirt updated after the fighter pack 2 comes out (so it really has every character) that would be really cool
