I love that Raka and other apes like him have their own theories of what the ruined buildings were used for, it really shows that they’re trying to understand the world they’re in🦧
Yup. It was actually pretty funny how they misinterpreted a shopping mall as a human zoo, built by apes 🤦♂️😂 It’s cool how the myth of Caesar developed and was distorted. It’s also interesting how the apes completely forgot that humans once ruled the earth, except for proximus. Even then, he only knew because trevathan told him. It really makes you wonder about our own history. What have we forgotten, or misunderstood?
@@josephrusso4828that’s true, as civilizations rose and fell, stories and legends spread and change over time, in the 1850’s when the first dinosaur fossils were found, they reconstructed the fossils which looked very different than what we think nowadays
@@josephrusso4828i think it might be an airport do to that plane outside. That whole open area could’ve been the open area for the planes to land and takeoff
Although we didn’t see much of Raka, he became one of my absolute favorites from this franchise. He speaks from so much wisdom it’s impossible not to like him.
I am amazed that all apes can talk after 300 years. Caesar taught us well. I'm even surprised how many years of our cities have been overgrown by forest. Reminds me of Chernobyl.
Actually they are all descandants of that first group that escaped from SAN Francisco zoo. Considering that there were something about 200-300 apes around the 2nd and 3rd movies, and given that it has been 300 years since those events, it is plausible that all these apes are the descendants of the first group, of course they have divided into tribes and clans, same as human history. The fact that they’re still restricted to SF - LA area in california, we can supose that they are same population. I don’t think there are other populations of inteligent apes around the world. For example, the big apes from africa and asia in the nature were isolated from human contact when the virus spread so i think they are still animals. Just the ones that were made inteligent by caesae and some other apes in zoos that had real close contact to infected humans got smart. And most of the zoo population were killed as soon as possible.
It's an orangutan skeleton, Raka's companion. Caesar died 300 years prior, and the film even opens with Maurice, Rocket, and Bad Ape holding a funeral for him.
