Dude, I had this happen to me last week! Loaded into a game on Suravasa, everyone on my team except me suddenly DC'd. For some reason, no backfill. And the people who DC'd are still in chat -- they're on King's Row. Well that's strange enough, but after I let the enemy team win, as soon as the post-victory screen loaded, it immediately said "match found!" I have auto-queue turned off, so I was doubly confused. Sure enough, I'm suddenly on King's Row with everyone from the previous match.
I dont know how recent these videos are he's reacting to but I swear the servers have been extra weird this past week. I literally got halfway through a game the other day only for it to completely reset and onto a different map lol. Someone in chat said the same thing happened twice to them that day too.
because blizzard's servers suck. idk if it's the same in other regions, but in asia our servers are ALWAYS disconnecting and you'll have periods where it's impossible to play because every game has people mass dc-ing and no backfill. and you get penalised even though the issue is server side. absolute bs
Omg I wish I'd have known about this. I have a POG saved where the enemy Lifeweaver accidentally trapped his entire team on a petal and I ulted with Illari on them and got a 5k. Still makes me laugh watching it
I have one clip saved where I threw D.Va bomb straight ahead and it would have missed everyone but it hit my lifeweaver's flower, went up in the sky and killed everybody. I love this character
@@namelessliberty9869 Lifeweaver is admittedly a fun character but I don't think there's another hero where things can go so wrongly lol. When I first started playing him I don't know how many times I accidentally killed someone or fucked up a big play. Now that I've had a few hundred hours on him I've definitely had those big brain moments. He works best when you're in a lobby with hard comms. Being able to setup plays and reposition teammates is pretty damn strong.
@@namelessliberty9869 the most annoying players are the ones that pull without keeping track of your cooldowns. Happens all the time if I'm playing Bap. I'll window and as soon as I'm low they will pull me even though my damn lamp is out and I still have shift.
12:28 moments like this will never fail to make me die of laughter. I had a whole round of a Roadhog on my team hooking an Orisa into the hole. Orisa got revenge at the end but it was so funny to watch.
I'm the junk at 6:11 and lmty we both knew right where the other was, we just wanted to sit and see how long we could go for lmao we found a spot in the second map to do it all over again and went for another 2-3 mins. I won both 1v1s 8)
I wonder if the res bug happens because there's less time on respawn left than it would take for the res to go off? It should technically prevent the respawn but I guess it bugged out
I had this happen to me a few weeks ago. It was before the newest group respawn addition, but it was also on qp, and I think they were testing group respawn at the time so that very well could be the issue. I was so confused when it happened but didn't really think anything of it bc it was just qp and it had never happened before in my 7 yrs of playing and hasn't happened since. I thought it was just a one-off thing or a latency issue, ig more likely that it's a bug with group respawn.
