Genetics are a wonderful thing. My dad was never a big guy. Haven’t seen him since I was 14 and I’m 22, going on 23 in two months now, but I remember him being 5’6, 170 lbs. He wasn’t muscular by any means, had a beer belly type stuff, but I remember him being very strong despite never working out. I’m like 6’1 and weigh around 340 lbs. I was a football player in high school, the second string offensive tackle to a guy who was 6’8, 263 lbs and a starting defensive lineman. My teammates were saying I was like JJ Watt with the build of Vince Wilfork. I’ve been trying to workout every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and run around every Saturday and Sunday. I wanna get back into football shape. I’ve been eating much less, eating cleaner and only eating takeout every Friday after my workout.
The dude in the thumbnail is Peter Molnar (aka "The Freezer") a Hungarian Pro Bodybuilder, still competing, still in good shape ... in fact he competed in the Arnold Classic 2022. Kinda sux to use his image in the thumbnail with a sugestive arrow of a Before and after. All in all god vid. Thanks for sharing
@@ASTOGK Exactly ... i also thought of that Bodybuilders that are in the vid are the perfect example of a thumbnail without dissrespecting their carrer or acomplisments. Funn Fact that i forgot to mention is that Peter M. took 6th place in classic physique (Arnold Classic 2022). Thanx man for agreeing and seeing the point
Stumbled across your channel because of this topic. This is a good one, bro. Especially for you young dudes. So many are taking the short cut to making gains by taking things that are going to come at a very high cost down the line. At 51, I have seen it happen to so many people, it's not even funny. To those of you who are hitting the gym, stay away from "Hey, Bro!" That dude will take you down the dark side...
Yeah , one of my favorite RU-vid lifter was natural for years. Recently he took “natural” off his bio . That made me respect him even more . Sometimes you wanna reach a level that’s unattainable naturally , nothing wrong with that. Just being honest is key
I hit the gym everyday n only miss Sunday! Been working out for year now let me tell u it’s easy to get in shape then it is to stay in shape!! Real talk ✊🏾💯🦍 hit the gym n watch it change yo life n mindset, y’all will thank me later 🔝
Thank you for the dialogue you gave to this subject as I am inspired by having stayed natural. You ended with my hero, Frank Zane... so sad in the end, but I carried his picture as my target for many years as crippled kid with a broken back and scoliosis. It gave me hope, a dream body to think of. At 67 I have not trained in a gym or with my weights in years, after my 6'4" sn Adam passed away I shrunk down at one time to 149 from a high of 205 when I was 49 to stay bigger than him. Never liked being that heavy and injuries to my shoulder took me down for a year to see the flab start, along with a 2" hernia rip across my upper abs after using the wheel for 25 pushups one night. I refused surgery and they said I could not heal without it. My friends father died from the infection for that when I was 20 years old and I felt it was my omen. After I rebuilt my body to the best it has ever been, pain free, drug free using CBD and cut finally, like Frank Zane, going through my spring training right now with a shovel, and finished with testing compliments of Medicare to learn even with my Marfan's Syndrome that should have killed me and the broken back I still do splits, Chinese fingertip plank pushups and kiss my knee caps just for kicks to test the kids who come to my manifestation known as Salvage, Texas. My most popular video of hundreds, Darby does Skinny Dip Pond was at 58 and I will top that conditon by far this year. Life is amazing once you learn to ground the body, breathe, move agile, twitch muscles being vital, agility key, and then wii can be young again as the Tibetans have proven, Youthing naturally, organically, is possible. Minimal suppliments, natural, and better than ever hitting 67 in October. Darby goes In-Sany on YT gives you an idea of what I did at 63 to prove what could be... including a break to do the splits and pushups on the tracks of the excavator as I sculpted the earth to leave my mark. Now I train by digging the details by hand, naturally. hehe Please come visit, a comped night on me to see the fantasy you life can be if you let it flow naturally. I loved Mohamed Ali's poetry and quote is as I dance like a butterfly and still can sting like a bee too. Kudos to you. Stand up for natural.
But those bills are astronomical. ..is it worth it????Medical bills for what?am from the islands and I have never take none a dat...and I still do my workouts, 56,,,,160 pounds and no fat...I take off my shirt in the summer and iam been constantly steered at....6 packs and all dat ...and I still av never been to the gym. ..everything home made ...even my work outs....when you you build muscles naturally they can never disappear. ...my uncle who I was inspired by is 78 years of age, and this man if you see him is unbelievably built. ..all natural ,and he still goes to the gym though. ...we now live in London. ..
This is a great video idea to do on YES HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?! Famous Bodybuilders Then And Now... in this video in life right know today for us only okay
The one who was speaking out against Steroid use wasn't using steroids. You can tell. Zteroids vs a natural builds have very distinct differences. Noticeably in the arms. When on steroids, that muscle between the biceps and triceps has a much more pronounced appearance than when having a natural build.
OMG, Cash, I love your sarcasm. I've heard those exact same words spoken in earnest. "Do you guys realize the dedication?" more like "Do you guys realize how dangerous diuretics are?"
The big stomach is pretty essential for strongman ngl so that dude looking pregnant thing it might not be steroids or anything like that, he might have just been doing strongman training or was a strongman
