18:52 It’s the time the muscle is under tension like you kinda said. For example on bench, the very end of the movement is reliant on your shoulders and triceps rather than your chest. Not doing that last bit keeps constant tension on the muscle which keeps it working.
Look up “Time under tension” cash. It allows your muscles to remain activated during the whole workout. Imagine doing Romanian deadlifts and not locking out keeping your hamstring engaged the entire time. Extremely effective for hypertrophy.

Also your joints if you lock your joints out you could damage your arms or legs. My family have been in the gym since they were young so they taught me if you lock your joints out they could damage your arms or legs.👍

I’m 14 and I wish I started at the time as there age, however I’ve been growing fast, back then I was able to do 40kg bench 4x12, now 50kg 4x12 for the past 3 months I been trying to grow as fast as possible and get as strong as possible at my age, deadlift probably 120kg but either way they are very impressive
Don't worry about it. You don't make very significant gains until you hit puberty, so you didn't miss much from not starting at their age. Keep grinding brah!!! 💪💪💪

The clip about the girl punching trees effortlessly was actually fake. They chop down trees and let them rot to make them “dead” which makes breaking them as easy as touching it, she’s a fake and chops down trees for views. Her punch was actually extremely weak for dead trees 💀
Kilo 1,000 grams are something we use but are unaware that tree fans know there are 420 grams in a pound so simple to just be like two pounds but it’s a little more
