I made same request about 3months ago and the estate company rejected it I asked because something happened to my bro previously…..he bought a land and paid …after he received the documents and went to lands commission to register Someone else heard about it and brought his documents to challenge his registration Until now the estate company is in court with that individual but has refused to return my bro money
Tell him It doesn't work that way though, but sometimes he/she might be scammed before over a land that's why he is so curious, he should do is full payment and move on as far as the search appeared to be geniue land,
The search may confirm the ownership but during registration another person can still challenge it Some land commission employees are crooks . They did same to my brother
