I highly doubt that kittie had rabies . Probably just some sort of disorder . Otherwise the owners wouldn’t have been anywhere near it . Probably just showing what rabies looks like in kitties
People let they're cats to outside the cat could have been in a fight with something with rabies or are something with it and catnip doesn't cause cats to act like this
That’s not true. Rabies also can cause animals to look confused or drunk. Foaming of the mouth, or aggression isn’t always going to show in early stages. There’s different stages of rabies, but universally the only way to know with 100% certainty is if they have a fear of water (Hydrophobia). If you see an animal confused, or acting strange, always assume it’s rabies. Even if they’re not foaming at the mouth or aggressive. It’ll save your life.
@@firemonkey1015 thanks for the tip, I’ve actually been doing some personal research on rabies recently, how it affects certain animals, and it’s very interesting. Thanks again
Rabies has a 100% death rate, if you show any symptoms at all then you are going to die. There is no cure. Only way to save your life after being bitten is by getting a rabies shot before any symptoms appear. Once symptoms set in, it’s far too late. The only survivors of rabies were miraculous feats which cannot be properly replicated, so never count on that. Rabies should always be considered 100% fatal until we find a cure that can be properly replicated.
@@TkrushPuppets Cats can get rabies just as easily as any other animal. All mammals are equally able to get rabies including humans. Only reason cats don’t get it as much is because they’re usually kept away from wild animals. Which are the ones who spread it the most. Don’t let that fool you though into thinking cats can’t get rabies very easily though. All animals with hair including us can. If you or a pet has been bitten by a rabid animal, and you don’t get the shot before symptoms appear, you will die. Even if the bite is small It has a 100% death rate. Cat, dog, human, or not. It will kill you.
