How does this work if our CSR teams do not fill out the jobs correctly? for example, We have a call center that answers many of our calls along with a online scheduler. It seems this program works off of tags. But if the tags are not applied it seems dispatch pro will not work. When booking many of our calls tags are not applied till after the job is reviewed by our CSRs. What happens when no tags are applied to the job?
There is a third option where the tech sells the estimate themselves and hits perform work later. It wont be a LTO and it wont be Revenue on that job today, how is that accounted for when determining the predicted value of that job and which tech to assign? It is just Service today or LTO for all companies. Or are we talking Sales Opportunity Close rate and not Job Conversion rate?
Using Dispatch Pro - Great but would like to have a Refresh button so we do not have to wait the time it takes DP to refresh by default. Is this something in the makes?
