Exactly we can have our own plans but they may not be the plans God has for us. A lot of times we get discouraged not knowing that the plans God has for us are better than our own. I'm guilty of this. We just have to be patient and trust in Him. Much love my brother.

You had the mindset to make a better condition for your family and that is what truly is important. I think a common misperception is that manliness equates to brute power and strength. But when it comes to being a good father and husband is all about sacrifice.It's a paradox really. We're at our strongest when we lay down our lives, even in small ways, for our wives and children. It can be hard to do, and we don't always do it well. But that's why it's called "sacrifice." As fathers, we have to challenge ourselves to sacrifice for our families. We should not only tell them we love them, but show them that they're the most important people in the world to us. It could be leaving work early for a special dinner with our wives. Or maybe it's staying patient and lovingly correcting your children when they're careless and scratch your car (maaaaan when my baby girl scratched my Challenger back in the day that was a real test hahahaha) . Sacrifice will lead you to make significant choices. But being a dad is a significant experience. I'll tell you Brotha Pressure the moment I became anti-social and anti cultural is when my life began to improve and my walk with Christ truly started. Brother I think I will have baby Empress on garage restriction if she scratches my car 🤣but no as fathers we do make sacrifices, and I'm making one as we speak off the camera, but that is the love that true fathers have for their family. It perplexes me child. I'm 56 and I get up and go to work Mon-Fri everydah, been doing it since I was 20 years old. One of my little niece gonna tell me "she couldn't be me, cause she ain't tryna work" chile when I tell you I wanted to slap her silly lol. But you know as her aunt the only thing I can try to do is correct, but that's on her parents and the stuff she internalizes/ Baby Empress I pray will have a good head on her shoulders with you and Empress pouring the word of Jesus in her. As the old saying goes if you don't work you don't eat, so make sure you tell your niece that...lol. Yes, God has brought me through a journey and still has me going through certain trials. James chapter 1 verse 2 says consider it pure joy when you face trials of many kinds. I know its easier said than done but God's plan is always greater than any human plan and this is where faith comes in at even when we can't see what's up ahead and we're facing trials that looks as if it will destroy us, we must persevere through it all and trust God. Humility is something missing in today's culture. Everyone wants to finesse or just ride off someone's coat tails. Man, this was refreshing to see. I got a nice garage too and Im 28. My ex homies all used to sweat me on how i was able to have the things I have and just make slick comments even though they would see me put on my HVAC uniform. Bro when you mentioned priorities its something people our age don't understand. We live in the culture of now. This was inspiring, I've been contemplating starting my own HVAC business, don't get me wrong I make a good salary but I want to be my own boss and hire black ppl. Its a field that is lucrative, but like you mentioned environment holds you back. 🥷 from the hood don't want to deal with nothing that isn't flashy or easy money. Every since I switched up who I hang around, the type of music i listen to, and the type of places I hang around on the few off days that I have, God has opened so many doors for me bro. Bro the reason why a lot of times people remain stagnant in their lives is because they have what I call survivors guilt that they allow their peers to lay on them. Everyone wants to be accepted and validated and once we realize that the only validation we need comes from Jesus then we will continue to be stagnant in our current situations.
