Marriage licenses are valid in any Florida county for a period of 60 days.
Non-residents of Florida may apply for a marriage license. The 3 day wait period is waived for non-residents of Florida (both persons must present valid out-of-state ID). However, you must get married in the State of Florida by a person authorized to perform weddings in accordance with Florida Statute 741.07
