If you're having sACN connectivity issues within capture, try clicking tools > options > connectivity Scroll to the bottom to sACN and select ip address and make sure that it matches what you see in Onyx.
heya, im having trouble connecting Capture with the ONYX demo file. It appears that only universe 1 is working. When i check the "universes" tab my only options are "auto" / "none"/ "sACN 1". It doesnt seem to be able to find the other universes however i did set the range to 3. When i click on the rows filled with "auto" it does show which lights are in the other universes but i cannot control the lights. Any idea what might fix it?

can someone please help the capture 2021 dosnt find the sacn (universe) i saw sacn for few seconds and its gone like nothing found... some one can help ?
Capture can be weird sometimes. What I always do is make sure I have ONYX open and transmitting sACN on the given network adapter FIRST. Then, open Capture . Sometimes I do have to go into the Capture settings and set the preferred network adapter to sACN to the one I am using.
