I am working on a farm business project, it’s need more money than I have but I feel really not willing to let other people invest in my project. I am looking forward to take another job to collet extra money in other to fund my business. Am saying it because I am not sure if it’s a good idea to not allow investors in my project ? My reason is that I doesn’t want to pay interest on loans, I take it as cheating. And totally don’t want a partner. Am just a youngster and looking for advice.

Hi Alux, I love the vids, but strongly disagree with your premis on this one. Not all ideas are equal, if that was the case philosophy would be obsolete, and so would intellectual property contracts. Sometimes an inimitable strategic advantage can be designed and logically proven, with the architect coming from an environment where the 3Fs are not adequate. In fact it is actually statistically likely that if innovation is driven by necesity that the majority of disruptive ideas would come from a potential entrepreneur that is not affluent. These Entrepreneurs are by chance in parts of the economic bell curve that unironically presents oppurtunity for innovation and lack of adequate capital, through their network. Like science, as mechanisms become more complex to be at the cutting edge, start ups, even for a minimal vaibale product can cost more than the 3Fs. There are some ideas, that ARE worth millions and even billions. Just like luxury art as you mentioned in a previous video, its down to the sophistication of the buyer, and where the concept sits in the marketplace.

I just raised $300,000.00 for my real estate business and am splitting the profit 50/50 after expenses. The good news is, that a) I can get started b) the first 3 transactions will pay me a “fee” in addition to the profits and c) we don’t have a non compete agreement which means that once my business is up and running, I am not obligated to use his money anymore (although I just might, because generosity is a good thing, he is serving in the military, and I am mentoring him in other business aspects).
