A few years ago, I try to explain, my idea to a person at a meeting. It was a good idea, then and now. I put the key parts together. Go to an area, to make a protype, so people can see the results.
Great video. Does the agreement work the same if I created a product for their business? Example: If it was only Uber and my idea was Uber Eats; or if I created Halloween KitKat to pitch.. Thank you
I think you're going to need to change your goals. Raising $10 million is not likely to happen unless your startup has lots of revenue. I'd start by getting whatever money you can together from your friends and family and your own savings.
NO offence but you've said in at least a couple of places not to use an ugly blue background, Brett, but that's what I see here (mind you, I don't think it's ugly). Perhaps I'm misunderstanding. Set me straight.
Thanks for the interesting question, Wayne. There's a huge difference between a blue background in the corner of a video versus a blue background in a pitch deck. In a pitch deck, a less is more approach usually works best, so you want to keep your background as simple as possible. That's why I recommend using a white background for your deck. Blue just doesn't look good on a slide deck. In my video, the blue contrasts with the white background so it works well. I hope this helps.
