I'm an Aussie too! I have an SDX1200 but have only just been brave enough to take it out of the box after watching this! I haven't found any Australian videos yet, have you? Nice to 'meet' you 😊
It is so much fun! We also offer virtual classes (via zoom - live) for the ScanNCut you can check them out here www.qualitysewing.com/class-manager/events/calendar/location/zoom/ Hope you can join us for a class or two. Enjoy your new ScanNCut!
I’ve had my scan n cut for 3 years and was afraid to try cutting fabrics… Naomi took the fear out of trying it!!! Great tutorial and great teacher! Hope to see more of these since I can’t make the in person classes!
I have an older scan n cut that I've not learned how to use. This is great information. A class at the Seattle store would be great and I know three other people that have the machine and need lessons like me. Thank you.
We offer FREE learn to use your machine classes. Let your friends know and join us to learn how to use your ScanNCut! www.qualitysewing.com/staff-brother-scan-and-cut-class.html
I have had my Scan n Cut for 2 years now, and I do use it. Can't believe that until today, I didn't realize it had the envelope template files! I love your tip to check inside the blade holder too.
i didn't know about the envelope template either! That is awesome. I ruined a couple large pieces of paper trying to make oversized envelopes and they didn't turn out that great either. Next time I will try the SNC!
@@juliel6254 where did you find the envelope template? I have a sdx 125 scan and cut. I was looking for in the canvas workplace just found that mini envelope. Thanks in advance.
@@andrealazar9806 I haven't looked for it, but watch the video starting at 20:23. I assume you can adjust the measurements to make larger or smaller.
@@juliel6254 thank you for you respond.. It looks like to me (watching her video) it is preprogrammed just like shapes, fonts. I contact the costumer service. Thank you again.
Thank you so much for your video. I bought a scan and cut and put it away because I couldn’t get it to work. I’m now inspired to get it out and work thru your instruction.

Your so easy to follow, I’m in Florida and don’t know anywhere that gives classes. I am a paper crafter can you make envelopes for 5 x 7 cards? I’m just learning how to use my scan n cut. I purchased it to cut out stamped images, dies get so expensive. Looks like there is much more that it will be able to do with my scan n cut, thank you.
We have some virtual ScanNCut classes coming up. You can learn more about them and sign up to join us here www.qualitysewing.com/instructor/naomi-human/

@@QualitySewingWA Unfortunately, I'm in Australia so I wouldn't be able to attend the live classes 😢. Is it possible for you to record the zoom classes?
You are an excellent teacher. This was a great video I appreciated learning about the different mats and the blades and what to use each for. I own a sdx125e machine and I’m curious if the rotary blade is available for my machine and could I purchase one from you? I’ve never tried cutting fabric but I’d like to cut felt with the machine.
That blade is compatible with all the DX models of ScanNCut machines. If you have any other questions give us a call as we are happy to help! 1-800-687-5175

Hello, I have a sdx125 scan and cut.i don’t have an envelope feature on it. Is this a special download? I would love to have it because I make a lots of cards. Thank you
I want to fussy cut an image from fabric but I also want to have fusible web on the back so that I can fuse my image to another project. Is it possible to do that?
I’ve been looking for it online and can’t find it. I’ve tried various ways to search for it so must not be using its proper name. What product name does it go by?
