Because they have enough time to maintain that lifestyle and spending time on themself..Born and brought up in a lower middle class family I cannot afford that time and money..so it can be a dream not a reality

You can workout at home Instead of expensive salads you can go for chana chaat, peanut chaat, sprout chaat, besan chilla, moong chilla and what not There are many options

@@Soumyameghani exactly money shouldn't be an excuse for laziness. I hail from a middle class family too and try to eat healthy (atleast most of the time), don't like going to the gym so workout at home or play sports, use a basic 3-step skincare routine with sunscreen being crucial. Voila! It's not that difficult especially for someone who studies their ass off and wants to become a scientist, I barely get time out of my busy schedule. It's what you choose to prioritise during those 24 hours

I don't think movie stars have flawless skin. They are never caught without their makeup on and are always using filters for insta pics. The makeupless photos floating around the internet usually captured at funerals go on to show how ordinary they look without those layers of makeup and digital help. No amount of chicken or broccoli is gonna help these ppl

If they are on such minimalistic diets what about nutritional deficiencies that come with it and impact skin. What about the effects of so many chemicals bombarding the skin in name of daily disciplined skin regime? What about other indulgences and untimely hours they are awake during their shootings? All these have an impact in skin. Gut health is primary to have a naturally good skin. Sad but all doctors promote applying thousands of chemicals and procedures on skin that can primarily affect the overall heath. Doing heavy workouts and minimal food is no way to health and glowing skin. In fact over the long run it can cause various imbalances in the body.

Your gut health is key to overall well-being but if you have a notion that "chemicals" on the skin would do more harm. Then I'm afraid you have no idea what you're talking about 🤡. Minimalistic diet doesn't point out that it's deficient. You can have eggs with some form of greens everyday and along with water it will be the healthiest diet one could achieve from a "nutritional perspective". Likewise, broccoli and chicken are whole foods complimenting each other and cover almost every nutrient required for optimal health. So called chemicals you are hating on have been time and again proven to improve skin health when diet doesn't help. Prebiotics and probiotics have been proven beneficial on skin other than your gut. Some people just don't get skin issues due to their gut (mind you it is a considerable population). Also if one can apply sunscreen daily, have a decent cleanser, use a good moisturizer and use tretinoin with caution, they don't have to worry about their skin until they're 50. Again having an irregular and inapt sleep schedule definitely doesn't help. But if it's a matter of few days, as it's very rare for even PPL in cinema to be on a 5 hour sleep schedule for weeks albeit months. It may harm your body but not to the extent when compared to our generation that normally sleeps between 12-3 am while constantly scrolling through the phone.

@@sanskritibarman4928 each to his own. I know what I am talking about. I am a doctorate working in health and wellness area. All these are new found theories of western origin. Chemicals on skin do make an impact. You can read research on them both from western and eastern science perspective. Just because you support this nonsense of eggs etc. does not mean it’s healthy. End of the day please do research thoroughly … you are what you consume’. If you are saying gut health is not the underlying factor for skin issues, I think you have not understood science properly. As therapist solved so many skin issues working in gut health. In fact there is on going research on nutritional psychiatry, how gut impacts everything, not only physical but mental health also. Why do think so many natural skin care products are coming up … pls update yourselves on research on impact of chemicals on hormones and health. The diet which you’re talking about is not a universal diet that is sustainable across all sections of populations. It’s only from a very narrow view point you are speaking from personal perspective. Again each to his own.

@@sindhushanker8140 and just so uk people are turning to lab synthesized products more than ever now that they have experts on RU-vid (dermatologists, cosmetic chemists etc.) providing them the right information. So you could not be more wrong. I dealt with acne as a teenager and no amount of cutting our sugar, milk helped me fix that. Neither did having herb concoctions. I have tried natural things like ubtan, aloe vera and what not to deal with it. Uk what really fixed my skin? I salicylic acid product and proper use of sunscreen. So frown all you can but even the most heavily marketed "natural" product still has chemicals which may or may not be beneficial to the skin. I don't hate chemicals because there is tones of research indicating the benefits of tretinoin, salicylic acid, niacinamide, sunscreen filters, hyaluronic acid, ascorbic acid. Fun fact, all these "chemicals" I quoted except for sunscreen filters are naturally synthesized in plants or our body. So idk where this bandwagon of "hate" for chemicals is coming from as someone with a PhD.🤷

@@sanskritibarman4928 I am Not a paramedic. If I was why will comment against someone who is recommending tons of such chemical skin products? I am a holistic health professional and certified acupuncturist. Again you are speaking from your personal perspective. I am very surprised that you say you are viewing holistically and are totally ignorant on gut health. Ayurveda says if your digestion is great, then you are the king with no disorders whatsoever. I am also a yoga professional along with other holistic modalities. I suggest you update your knowledge regarding gut health. Speaking if western medicine, now even allopathy have started understanding the impact gut has on health. Stress lifestyle do come in and these are factors that B impact gut health. Ayurveda also says don’t put on your skin what you can’t eat. I end this argument now. I am not against eggs etc but minimalistic diets never are answer to any issues. Eat well exercise and have good life style. Your skin will glow. I think you are very confused with facts. I have very closely worked with skin issue cases through various modalities. You are talking of sleep, if your gut health is impacted you are very prone to anxiety depression insomnia and various issues that can trouble your sleep. Your gut can then create inflammation and keep you in sympathetic mode and further create stress? This can impact skin. Again if your doshas are disturbed due to gut it can create stress insomnia and whatever you have mentioned. Everywhere experts are now trying to aid people even with serious disorders through diet and rectify gut health. Please update yourself and understand what the word ‘ holistic’ means. Research need not be only western. Our Indian modalities have also vast research papers. If savvy enough go read papers which have good methodology and read them. You are biased when you say most of them have ridiculous claims. You want to read only based on your perspective. I end this debate. You are just arguing without any direction or understanding what I am trying to say. Makes no sense. You can stick to your own perspectives.

Workout, nutritious food for sure Lil bit if drugs. Frequent visits to dermatologists,in clinic procedures and facials, other treatments by the dermatologist i.e. laser, fillers and many more, required supplementations for deficiencies and improved overall health, medicines, chemical peels Absolutely gentle, expensive skincare products from high end brands.... Aam jantaa ke paas itna Paisa nhi hota. Par basic workout, good diet, hydration, skincare with good affordable products can better and improve the skin in long run. Usage of tretinoin can even contribute further for improved texture in skin Avoiding SUgars in multiple forms whether chini or jaggery ,maida, high GL food can help in good hormonal health which indirectly contribute for a good skin health❤

They are actors.. They have to maintain themselves because they are in that position.. otherwise they will be trolled for their looks.. the so called people who are talking about money and time, are the same ones to bodyshame them when actors deviate slightly from the prescribed beauty standards.. We can also have good skin using many affordable and minimal skincare products regularly, having a proper diet and exercise.. it's no big deal.. depends on self..

There's nothing wrong with eating samosas everything in moderation is good I know for a fact all these so called actors are actually malnourished if u see they are either so skinny or fully plastic As a human we need healthy amount of fat and proteins to perform our day to day task especially women need good amount of fats and proteins during their periods because our body do burn a lot of calories during periods stop putting these actors and actress diet on a high pedestal..Eat healthy 6 days a week 1 day u can cheat nothing wrong with that after all we do need to enjoy this one short life we have..workout 3 times a week 2 day strength and conditioning 1 day HIIT workout or swimming or any sports u love
