Parliamentary systems differ from the presidential system we are familiar with in the United States. In order to understand the very basic workings of parliamentary systems, I have created this brief overview.

How about instead of having a 4 year parliament have have half the seats up for election every 2 years so there’s accountability.

The information presented is great. However, a talking head video without any supporting graphics is a bit dull and makes for poor presentation.
