I thought the same but he dated another girl who was handling wildlife before too, so not than uncommon. On a side note, you watch all the same channels that I do.
It's amazing to me you guys could be inside that enclosure with several Gators coming at you constantly and still maintain your composure, joking around, laughing having a good time. Just incredible
Ikr 😅.. At the same time I started thinking which is funnier, Chris unexpectedly calling Yoda fugly or the multitudes of people that don't know what fugly means? 😂
He covered that in one of his videos. Gators heal super quickly and don't get sick like you and I. In watching nature shows that covers gators and crocodiles I learned that but Chris covers things nature shows never really talk about. That's how gators get to be so old and are practically living dinosaurs. But Chris teaches them their names and teaches them to open their mouths and stuff so that they'll be able to get checkups by Chris himself. And it's impossible to tell their age so there's no idea how old any of them are.
Alligators are amazing creatures. As are crocodiles and tortoises. I was very nervous watching this video. It's so impressive that the alligators know their names!
Y’all are not normal! And I love it! I definitely won’t be trying what you do but I sure respect your knowledge , confidence, & comfort level as you are just “one of the gators.” Wow. R E S P E C T!
LMAO.... Hilarious watching all the gators flock over towards where the comotion was. It's sorta like in high school, when ya see a fight and everyone flocks over to watch! 😂
I love these vids, its wonderful seeing all the animals having a home instead of being killed by other trappers. Maybe one day you could show us more of the enclosures, how bigg they are and how they work (who decides about them and how do you get permission to build one etc). :)
I'm always astonished at how detailed and educational these videos are. And not in the traditional sense but very informative. Great to see y'all enjoy your shared passion. Keep up the great work 👌🏿🔥
Your Alligators, look so pleased and contented that they have a comfy natural habitat home to live in with plenty of food and so looked after by their kind masters. I can see it on their sweet faces🥰
You said it in prior videos along in this video, that there are only a handful of gators that you work with and train. So obviously they get fed well. How do you feed all the other nuisance gators and ensure all get their fair share of food?
Was out on my boat in Lake Okeechobee yesterday and saw the biggest crocodilian I’ve ever seen in the wild at least 10 to 11 feet couldn’t tell if it was a gator or croc because it was just kinda floating at the surface enough to see some of the tail and the back and part of the head & snout
It's so awesome watching Chris handle the gators. I've watched half of yall videos an I have to say I've learned a whole lot of things about the gators
New subscriber!!! Your videos are the best. Im from the north recently relocated to Georgia( i know damn yankee) the alligator just intrigues me me…. Hope to one day do the underwater tour
Thank you Chris for revealing in a nutshell the secret to distinguishing them: "With your eyes!"😂 That method has been working for me too, several years now. And when you said when in doubt you simply call out their name, i yelled at my screen:"hey that's what i do too!"😅 Happy gatoring and tight lines. 👍🎣🐊🐍
Chris and Gabby I really enjoy your videos- really refreshing to be able to learn things about animals especially alligators- it’s very obvious you guys are genuine about your love of the animals and educating people- thanks👍
Ive had the same question as a shepherd "How do you tell them apart?" Literally everything said in this video applies to anime species people seem to assume especially with sheep that they all look the same, which is very far from the truth, sheep are very domesticated like dogs and have MANY shapes and sizes I look at their faces, look for scars, eye color, body shape... For sheep some extras are added which is markings, color, horns, wool, and voice A few ex: I can tell one ewe named Annie apart from the rest because of her long face and big ears I can tell another ewe named Jacesa apart because of her speckles on her legs and face, she has alot and is very cute I can tell one of our rams Bart apart from everyone else bcuz he is literally built like St Bernard lol, he has droopy skin, is very square, thick and sturdy, he also has deep voice and well... balls, very noticeable balls, like every ram does lmao Also for any animal there is they way they carry themselves, i can tell my goose Nessa from the rest of the flock even tho she looks like an average Tolouse goose by the way she moves
Gator Chris, I love your channel and I love how you take care of gators. Is there a possibility you can get the birds to live in another tree? I figure, if you can train alligators, getting birds to live in another tree, so, they won’t be eaten would be a walk in the park for you.😊
I'd actually like your opinion/knowledge as to why alligators hiss. I know I can just google it but I wanna know YOUR opinion on it P.s you guys are awesome 😎
Chris....Wonderful video I have a polydactyl cat she has five toes on her front paws.... quite rare...I adore your videos and love Crocs and alligators...how long does it take to train alligator?? x
awesome videos! chris is a special guy! and ofcourse gabby is just as awesome! im hooked to youre videos absolutley loving em! gr frome the netherlands
can you do a video on how you feed them? I'm curious on how you handle feeding them making sure they all get what they need and without enabling fights between them over food
I just can't see Alligators as fierce and deadly! Those round face and big dark eyes seem way too cute too me. Even while they were trying to bite you it looked cute! Crocs on the other hand.....I get scared whenever I see murky water, doesn't matter even if it's a tiny as heck miniature pond. By far the scariest animal to me!
Hello, I saw your video about the film crawl. found that very interesting. what do you think of the movie rogue with Radha Mitchell, Michael Vartan, Sam Worthington. i love this channel, see the animals and when you saying they are animals and not a disney happy world bs. Greetings from Germany :-) have a nice day.
Thankyou for your knowledge of the alligators I never k ew Chris you can train them it's Chris right but anyway I do enjoy both of you and your videos David from Canada
How often do you find a alligator has died in the sanctuary? What happens? Do the other alligators eat him/her? I know they have long life spans but with that many alligators I'm sure you come across it once in a while?
@@FloridasWildest So what happens when a gator dies in the sanctuary? Do the other gators eat it or does it just decompose in the water? Genuine curiosity here bro.
@Chris I have a question: Why you don’t put Casper and the blind alligator 🐊 together? The reason I say this is because being that he is blind and alligators do eat each other the blind alligator might bump into one of them while they eating and may get a leg or tail eaten and that would be sad because it’s not like he bumped into the other gator on purpose, he is blind but still have to suffer the consequences plz reply thanks
