I looked up your blog and other recipes and I found a treasure trove of invaluable information!!😍 I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of professional detail that went into each explanation and breakdown of the recipes and various ingredients used and why. I was a pastry chef so I appreciate whenever a fellow chef takes the time to explain to people the "WHYS" of baking, not just listing ingredients and also explains why substitutions are not always a good idea. I am certain anyone who takes your courses will be a better baker because of it!
