How Doctors Saved Jeremy Renner's Life 

Imagine if he were a regular dude without insurance or if he wasn't famous and didn't have things to live for. He lived for his life ahead of him. He's such a great artist. I can't wait to see what he brings to us in the future.

Thanks for watching. Couple comments. One, I’m not his doctor so this is me just explaining what I hear and the possibilities. Second, It could have been cardiogenic shock. Where collapsed lungs compress the heart. Third, the flail chest not only requires to be fixed but also a chest tube.

I’m grateful I get amnesia in terrifying situations. It is incredible he survived. Can’t imagine what that felt like.

He is very lucky and blessed. He had to work very hard to get to where he is today. He also had a lot of help from his amazing family. I believe that a big part of what helped him recover was his love for Ava and making sure she was okay. So happy that he made it, the new music he is making I believe is due to what he has been through. He is amazing and a incredible father. 🙏😇🙏😇🙏😇

In the 60ies my father’s car was hit by 3 cars breaking or fracturing almost every bone in his body. The miracle was that none of his organs were damaged. He spent months in hospital and a year in a body cast with a cast on his left leg even longer. The Detroit free press followed his recovery for that 1st year. The human body is a marvel

I've always been a fan of Jeremy Renner's acting . Now I'm in awe of his fortitude . It's impossible to even imagine the strength neccessary to will yourself to live and then endure all the rehab . So many of us thank God and Jeremy himself for his recovery .

The hospital chain here has an office you can visit. They have paperwork if you want to take it home or you fill it out there where there is a notary and someone to answer questions. If you arrest on the operating table they are going to try to bring you back. It doesn’t matter if you have a DNR tattoo on your chest. Family can choose to over ride you decision. My aunt was adamant she not be left hanging around, plus she was in her nineties. Her some had them move her home where she lived on her bed for weeks. It is not love, some unresolved issue or conversation they aren’t going to have. Love is honoring her request. Talk about this beforehand. The person can upload your documents so the hospital. One advantage of having it on file is they know your preference and there is no hospital making these decisions. A couple from my church lost their house because there was no family member.available to make a decision. They put him on life support when he didn’t want it then wouldn’t take him off. Hospitals are usually for profit.

I’m a little confused. You show his spiral fracture in the femur or long bone but the fracture shown on X-ray was the tibia or shin bone. Did you mean to do that for better visual?

I thought just slamming on the joint of my knee, pushing what ever fluid out to create a fluid bubble blister that pop under pressure. While I was in ICU. Squirted, while my kidneys were shut down. My Lymphoedema started blewing my leg up as water balloon. Just that and all the nerves in my knee... the nerve hitting that area. Was bad. His nerves must have been 100 x the magnitude. 😮 OMG.
