How does a Cap dump circuit affect input power and RPMS on a pulse motor? 

Here's a Awesome SCR cap dump circuit with a very detailed look at how they affect input power and RPMs of the pulse motor depending on what voltage the cap dump circuit will trigger to dump the power out of the cap dump circuit into the output battery
This goes for my type of pulse motor design I've not tried these on a bedini motor or any other type of motor .
