How Does A Clothes Dryer Work? A Look At The Internals 

I had my dryer pulled apart to replace the rear drum seal, and while it was in pieces, I thought I’d figure out how it works and show you my findings. I always thought air was being blown into the drum, but now see that the fan is downstream of the drum, creating suction through the drum. That makes much more sense!
This is a Whirlpool Cabrio that we bought in 2017 or 2018 I think.
