Vraiment génial de faire l'effort de tout sous titré pour rendre la video accessible à ceux qui ne maîtrise que le français. Tout en offrant une video en VO bien intelligible a ceux qui comprennent l'espagnol. Zero compromis tout le monde peut y trouver son compte et finalement pour le format immersion c'est plus compréhensible qu'une video qui oscille entre 2 langue. Vraiment beau travail

Super vidéo Mathieu comme d’hab ! As tu vu une amélioration des perfs en coupant la caféine quelques jours avant une compét puis en en reprenant le jour de la course ?
