Look how the reamer is thick with chips from previous use. Never cleaned and prone to get chips under the blades so it reams oversize or out of parallel or both. But then why would a man who takes so little care over keeping his hands in good shape have any more interest in keeping his tools in good shape? Meet a bodger!
@@jamescharlesworth775 Speak for yourself. One of the fundamental rules of being a good mechanic is "do no damage". That means to the workpiece, yourself, your reputation and the environment. Used engine oil absorbed into your skin can give you testicular cancer. Arc welding without gauntlets or adequate UV protection can give you melanoma. If you don't even look after yourself, the chances are that you will be equally remiss in taking care of what you are working on eg by holding things in the vice without using soft jaws and marking them.
