Your video is very informative and helpful. You’d probably get more subscribers by making sure the volume is set to sound the same across clips when you’re editing. The audio when you’re speaking is very low, I had to turn it up a lot to hear you. I’m subscribing regardless of the sound issues, great content!
Very good information doc! I have heavy metal toxicety,Estrogen dominance,Low thyroid function, high TSH,low t3 . Also have gut issues, candida. From what i understand i need to eat a clean diet and incoperate those foods you mention, also use nutrient and supplements to support liver detoxification and work on optimizing my gut health ? I have struggle with this nightmare for allmost 4 years no help from doctors.they just dont understand how the body works. Also they just test your TSH and t4. So frustraiting
All the research I've done with OB providers (and their advice to me) has been that if it's not oral it's not going through the first pass liver and that transdermal should not cause any big change in thyroid physiology.

Hi Dr. Jawad! :) I was recently hit by a car and through the MRI they found I have 3 small nodules on my thyroid, they did the ultrasound and said based on size and consistency they were not suspicious and I should have another ultrasound in a year. I am going through perimenopause, am 49 yrs old and had to take a combination birth control pill due to heavy bleeding so much that it made me anemic and I could not function. I see in doing research that estrogen dominance is a cause of these thyroid nodules. My question is, can you recommend a birth control that does not have estrogen?
