The GTR hood is rice as hell to be honest. Anyone can do real estate tho so good luck to you and anyone that finds this video inspirational. I love real estate, it's my passion as well. I own a company with a partner. We own over 12 homes together. My main source of income outside of my investments is being a independent contractor (I own a Semi) and have a contract with CTW (look up what contractors make here, it's real). Eventually I'll come off the road and focus on my investments. I want to get a really dope car and can actually afford anything I want but I'm currently working on building my custom home in Orlando, FL. I'm also studying stocks out here so I can day trade eventually. I'll start vlogging once I get a super of my own in maybe 2 years.
