How Does Life Insurance Pay for a Funeral? 

I am so sorry to hear about your mom. She must have been an amazing woman to raise a daughter like you. You inspire me and so many others every day. I wish I could have met her. You mention her sometimes in your videos.... advice she would give and such. I’m sure you have a lot of “life quotes” from your mom you could share. Even in her passing, she was taking care of business making sure everything was in order and giving you advice about how people can take advantage in grief. She will definitely be missed by so many.

My condolences on the loss of your mother. I currently work in a funeral home. And when you said $2200 for cemetery. I said goodness I need to move to Georgia because here in Texas that’s just opening and closing.

Hi, thank you so much for sharing and being transparent about your mom's funeral cost I was wondering about the burial insurance and life insurance you mentioned are they two separate costs or should the policy include words that say burial insurance included?

I am sadly in the midst of dealing with this. Because I’m neither the executor nor the primary beneficiary I am not able to call any of these places directly. My question is once you file a claim for the life insurance company to directly pay the funeral home do you have to file a separate claim to receive the reminder of the money?

Condolences for lost , does it always have to be the oldest child to handle arrangements? Good point to beneficiaries made sure I changed my larger one out of the kids names. Crazy how much caskets costs markup is crazy too will keep that in mind too good vids keep them coming

Why did my mother have to go funeral home to sign papers after the death of my sister

Hey! I have a question about the policy. I just recently buried my mother and she also had 2 policies, one was for 10,000 but w could not use it because she didnt upgrade her beneficiaries. So we had to come out of pocket, what are the steps to getting reimbursed?

In my husbands family....The stepfather died and the daughter, who is on the Life Insurance didn't want anything to do with anything and REALLY THOUGHT my husband and I were to pay for it ALL! I am beside myself. Now we have NO $$$ for bills for a while now!! Even if it is JUST cremation there is all these other costs. And he is also right this minute in charge of cleaning out his apartment. Nope not the daughter!!! SHE ACTUALLY THOUGHT MY HUSBAND AND I COULD AFFORD A VERY EXPENSIVE FUNERAL!! NUTSO!!! He thinks he is supposed to get paid back when the Life Insurance is finally ready to pay out but i don't trust the daughter. This daughter HAS HAD MONEY AND STILL DOES!!! I have SO MANY medical expenses, on disability and have NOTHING to pay for ANYTHING! And my husband paid for the Uhaul for today as well. The daughter JUST WANTED to be the DIRECTOR of everything but didn't want to help us AT ALL😒 I don't know WHY this family THINKS WE ARE MILLIONAIRES or something! I DO NOT UNDERSTAND. After this, I want NOTHING to do with her. Getting paid back or not. My husband is a VERY NICE MAN and will not stick up for himself. I feel SO BAD for him, BUT THIS AFFECTS ME ALSO! I do not know how I am going to pay for my medical bills for the time being. I have also been on a grueling painful therapy for my immune system. I may not be able to afford that too!!! This decision that Paul and I pay for everything was done behind my back! I am BEDBOUND most of the time, sick as hell and not be able to do anything or go anywhere. So I couldn't be there every step of the way on this.

One little tip: Most people in the U.S. would pronounce it inSUREance, and you pronounce it IN surance.
