In Elden Ring, many of your actions are "flagged", it's also why/how enemies punish you when you use flasks. That's how she "knew". You can also use this mechanic to your advantage in certain situations.

Ok, Thanks for letting me know ! Dude I hated fighting Radagon becasue drinking potions were a pain. Then, are my actions ''flagged'' because I have a slow weapon or it just depends on which enemy I'm facing?

@@CursedRin It's just a general game mechanic that makes it seem like the enemy reacts to your actions is all. You heal, the enemy punishes you for it. It's the action of pulling out the flask that is flagged in the game files. Zullie the witch made a video about it, explaining this mechanic in detail
