India was the first country which was openly interested in this concept, this year we did tests of virgin hyperloop but the max speed was just 110Km/h which was 10 times less than expected, so we have kept it at hold untill it becomes successful by other country.
@4:16 "...the pressure would be so low, that it would be equivalent to flying 150,000 feet above sea level." ...making it more that twice as high as the "Armstrong Limit" (~63,000 ft) above which the ambient air pressure is so low that water boils at the normal temperature of the human body; exposure to pressure this low results in loss of consciousness within just a few seconds in the event of loss of cabin pressure. That's why pilots of aircraft that routinely fly above the Armstrong Limit have to use pressure suits.
For the breaking system if you are using the jet engine, simply switch of or at least reduce the thrust. Or for the magnet part you could use movable electromagnets to create a wall and use the resistance of the magnets, although you would have to reduce the electric supply slowly as not to give reverse thrust.
