Excellent summary. In summary I think it points to incompetence: 1. They prob get info similar to this a good bit. 2. Prob poor communication. Also 3 minutes may sound like a long time , it's not. 3. It depends on what the sniper saw. You'd have to see what the sniper saw, may not have had good vision on him. What if it was just some workman on the building and he kills him? He was outside the security perimeter (serious questions over the size of the perimeter). Hindsight is 20/20. 4. Trump thought it was ok to remain on stage too. He was looking for his shoes and when brought away was keen to show his face and signal to the crowd with a closed fist. The man didn't seem too bothered. 5. Incompetence. All in all, I'm guessing incompetence.
I think that the security consider that the public should listen to THEIR instructions and not the other way around. That's why they ignore people shouting at them. The security are there to tell the public what to do and not for security to listen and take note of what the public say to them. It's a bad attitude by security officers which ends up in situations like this!

I was there at the rally in butler. I had excellent cell service from my seat about 20 feet from Trumps podium. Once the guest speakers started coming out I lost I cell service to the point when I couldn't send a text. Just said "SOS" this lasted until about 90 minutes after the assassination attempt. I talked to others who also said they abruptly lost signal.

So a 20 year old kid who i heard lived an hour away just happened to know that that building had the proper vantage point to get a clear shot and at this time not seeming to have any accomplice just went right up the building while being what appears to be in view and get shots off and then immediately was taken out . For them to take him out that quick he had to be in sight so why would they wait when he clearly had a gun? The whole thing is suspect.

From what I saw of other videos, people were shouting about the gunman and that he's got a gun before he even got in to position.. What were the secret service agents doing?..
In audio of those yelling about the gunman, they are near the phone, so it sounds like they are loud. But the crowd is mostly farther away, and is not being picked up as well. No one could hear them over the crowd noise. Are the average citizens behind the stage freaking out before the shots? No one up there could hear them. Secret Service could not hear them. Call 911 and speak directly to dispatch, after getting no response on scene.
The snipper had the shooter in his sights and then pulled off to allow the shooter to get his shots off. Why? They allowed the shooter to get his shots off and then killed him so he could never talk. Same thing happened in JFK's assassination; they had Oswald killed so he couldn't talk.

Why did the secret service not take action even when they saw the gunman, why wasn’t action taken when people stated that there was a gunman, why was there an unprotected building that the gunman could use to get a good angle on the shot. There was a police officer that went on the roof and the gunman pointed the gun at him And the officer left the roof. why is that information not included ?
It also looks like the roof the shooter was on, was outside the event. So was it the dudes house? Or someone else's house? Or a company? My point and question being, did the secret service have authority to be on the roof just because it was close to the event? Or was it not thought of since it was outside the event? I do agree though, that they shouldn't have been waiting for action to take place if they knew he was there.
