I'm glad my parents took me out of football during my sophomore year in high school due to an ACL injury. After watching the movie , it made me realize that I could have suffer from this CTE because I was having daily head aches , all through the football season. The pain was constant and harsh at times , I felt that sleeping was my solution to the pain. I just want to say that the movie was great and that I , one day, will be showing this movie to my kids so that they understand the effects of football but also to show them that anything is possible as long as you dedicate your self , like dr.Bennet.

I played basketball and had my share of concussions, it does not take much to mess up the brain in sports or accidents in life. This is a great movie but I do not see it stopping children from playing tackle, because american culture is so entrenched in this game people have lost their minds over it, literally. People have already forgotten about this movie if they even saw it to begin with, sadly.

What an incredible man and Will Smith's accent was dead on. As much as I love Chris Rock, he must not have heard doctor Omalu speak to have made that comment at the Oscars. Smith did an amazing job portraying doctor Omalu:)

Now I understand why Will Smith does his voice the way he does. I don't think he could get any closer to mimicking him.

Sounds like this is a pretty fascinating story! Still difficult to see anybody but Will Smith when he plays a character though...

+PogieJoe It was hard to watch. When I saw the previews I was not convinced. I am not Nigerian but I can tell that accent was very forceful. I think Americans suck tremendously at accents. Someone from the UK can do ours perfectly.

+Jess JayEel I am Nigerian and I found Smiths accent believable and tolerable. His intonations and rhythmic vowel and consonant stresses mimicked Dr. Amalu sufficiently. I think your bias is being projected to the pint where it's altering your perception of the film and it's rendition

***** Well I have ears and I had my share of hearing Nigerians speak and I believed based on MY perception he was off. But you are allowed to have an opinion just like I do.

Bennet Omalu: Is someone special to me. I discovered something about the Bible, that the world won't accept. When I tell somebody "I don't believe in the Bible" they automatically say I'm going to hell, I need help, and I need to talk to a preacher. The Bible has our world deceived, and now that the truth is coming to the light for me. I see why our Creator revealed himself to me 2 years ago on "September 30th 2014 11am", and people think I'm crazy when I tell them that. But I'm telling the truth though. Sometimes it's hard, my mind will one day change the world. It may not happen in my lifetime; but I'm going to start the course of action through my bloodline and eventually slowly separate them from my family, by starting my bloodline where no family lives, because my family believe in jesus. The Bible is not the word of our Creator neither one of the Bible's or Religions are. Our Creator Spirit may not live in The Bible or Religion, but it lives within every good hearted person and thing he created " The Creator Loves All As One " and I'm not a perfect person, I did a lot of wrong in my life. From selling drugs, getting kicked out of school for bringing a weapon to school and some more. And he revealed Himself to me through the Clouds. But at the time he did, I believed in jesus. The people I told "right after" it happened may not believed me, but to this day still remember me telling them that on September 30th 2014 so I was very conscious. I talked to my dad right before I went outside which when I got out there, He came to me. And my daddy remember the before-and-after conversation. The reason I'm saying this because I have to do some analyzing myself, I have to make sure I was conscious especially the before-and-after conversation with my daddy because he was the last one I talked to before I went outside and the first one I talked to when I got back inside and him remembering confirmed it all. I had to do all of that because I just saw our Creator Spiritual face. But it was a big Dark Cloud separated from the rest. And that Cloud looked strange, so I kept staring at it. And i saw something starting to form and I'm looking and I'm amazed at what I'm seeing and there was a big face that covered at least 90% of the cloud and I could see the eyes and everything it was just spiritual "no flash" and I was looking at Him eye to eye and after his face formed completely a whole flock of birds just came out the trees and the birds flew right past his Face. And after his face disappeared a variety of stuff formed, I y'all I believed in jesus at the time about something formed that gave me a sign that some I was doing wasn't right, and that sign haunted me for 2 years. I didn't realize what that sign meant until December 2016 when I find out about the bible and religion. I knew for a fact that, that's what that sign signified. Because of another sign that formed in the Clouds that day, this was an sign of freedom, and that exact same sign came to me after I stopped believing in the Bible and religion. And after that fell apart 2 months got back into my old habits a little. And the fact that I fell apart so showed me that I didn't have any self-control over myself, what had me under control was the fear of the Bible. in it's a lot of people out there that fear of religion got them under control, rather than them having self-control. Now that I went through all of that I'm a better man than I ever was now. I had to pick myself back up, because our Creator ain't gonna force you to do it, that's your decision. But now that I chose to do right but I still struggle a little bit he connects with me and guides me, and I know exactly when he tries to connect with me. People may think I'm crazy, but Our Creator knows what he doing with my life. The fact that I could have robbed in shot one night walking down Douglas "a street in Memphis" which my brother pulled up on the street right when dude got beside me with his hand in his pocket I saw him beside me and my brother car turn on the street. You can't tell me our Creator ain't got perfect timing to get you out of trouble. The thing about it this was years before he revealed himself to me, when I was selling drugs. At the time I didn't think nothing of it, but looking back at it today. All the shit I was about to do but things didn't go right. Or the stuff that I did get into but I exit route came. And I got out without getting one felony. And a few weeks after I stopped selling drugs the police hit the block and the house we hung at now my cousin got 15 years. And getting stop by the police with shit on my in them not finding nothing. As you can see I'm not a perfect person, but yet I looked our Creator eye to eye. I know I got carried away but when I get on this subject, I tend to do that. It's my testimony.
