Asalamalikum Dr Imran,hope you are doing great.I have been following your channel for quite some time now and you have always addressed the most important topics be it Registration queries or Job hunting process.I am currently in the job hunting process myself and been applying for Surgery SHO jobs and Medicine SHO jobs ( I have combined 26 months of post house job experience in Tertiary care hospitals of Pakistan) since 4 months.Videos like these are really motivating and signifies the importance of consistency in Job applcation process.
It is very reassuring to hear that Dr Hilal got a job without references. I don't have any references and have a hard time getting a job in Pakistan as well as Ireland and I felt very disheartened. Everyone I talk to says sifarish lao, rishwat khilao. But I believe all of that to be a sin and mera dil nai manta k me ye sab karun ya job k liye logon k paun parun, my ego doesn't give me the permission to do that. Love the comment regarding belief in Allah, it is indeed Him Who controls everything so my trust is in Him that if it's better for me then inshaAllah I'll get a job without sifarish and such.

I and my husband both have applied for IMC registration and are hoping to get it by July 2024. I work in Anaesthesia department of a tertiary vare hospital and my husband has almost 3 years medical ICU experience alongwith mrcp 1 and 2, we both have nontraining Jobs, please guide me if I should share our/his CV with you for Job hunting purpose. ? Ive seen tralee vacancies for July 2024 intake are released, pelase also advise me if we should apply to that before having active IMC in hand? Thank you so much for your response in advance.
