The loader is one of the most useful attachments to have on a compact tractor. It can also reduce maneuverability when mowing and tilling. This video demonstrates how to quickly attach the LA3400 to the LA463 loader.
I have same tractor in gear, I just got done hooking my loader on and it didn't that easy, there was two connectors on loader side that I had to take a wooden dowel and hammer and knock those small center pins in, then they would hook together.........
I've had to do something similar on occasion. I've found that when I drop the loader with the tractor turned off but before I disconnect the lines, If I move the loader valve though all the positions, they generally hook back up much easier.
