You really think Snoop said no? Sounds like Snoop wasn't even told by Dre. It sounds like Em wrote the song, did the vocals for Snoop and gave it to Dre. Dre liked it as is, so Snoop probably found out later or when Dre said it in this interview. Who tf has been in a position to turn down Dre? Besides maybe 2Pac when they had beef damn near 30 years ago😊

There are solid reasons why Dre isn't even top 20 for most rap-head. If he wrote his parts in The Chronic, Dr.Dre would be consired at the same table than people like Rakim or Cube. But he isn't. Authenticity is an important factor in Rap Industry. Dre is a showman and one of the best if not the best producer. And he has great flow.
