I’ll start with this. Empi is a great company with decent products. That said DO NOT just take their word for it that the heads are ready to bolt on. As a builder I have bought many hundreds of heads from companies that when checked were nowhere near concentric and ready to just bolt on. I recommend when building an engine you or your machine shop must verify things are correct. Trust me on that.

I've had a fit for 3 years of these heads with no problem with DRD stage 2 porting they have run great...i will be using them on a 2275 in a few months
Jeff, EMPI driveline components are used by OE manufacturers, racers of all types and yes even street car guys. As usual correction installation is critical for long life. Please contact your EMPI Authorized dealer for warranty assistance. As for EMPI cylinder heads John at PowerHaus and many other builders use them on all of their builds
