Great video - get's right to the point, explains the various methods well, and the graphics are helpful. Perfect! Only minor additions I would add is that cold enfleurage is once again a commercial process that now uses vegetable fats to replace the tallow/lard of the traditional process, and that there is also hot enfleurage which is the traditional process originating from Eqypt, thousands of years ago, in which the fats and petals are melted together at very low temperature, and then later melted again so that the plant material can be strained out. It might also be worth mentioning that the result of either approach to enfleurage is not essential oil, but the scented fat (called 'pomade'). If it is desired to get the essential oils out, another step is required.

Ethanol is based cally alcohol better because alcohol is antiseptic, clean hygienic, now with abundance of plants fruits its foolish to price them so high just for certain circles,

CO2 is not converted into a liquid state. Saying this opens to door to the false idea that it is liquid CO2. It is converted into a supercritical fluid state. Where it acts more like a gas. It is also very dangerous due to the extreme pressures and high temps, leading to explosion risks. Mainly at the end when improperly opening a chamber without releasing pressure. It is another state of matter such as solids, gases, liquids, supercritical fluids, and plasmas.
