Taking property that has been privately owned since before the country was formed is not conservation. The interesting take on this is if you google trespass laws in blue states. All blue states have abolished the idea of trespassing laws at the state level. Private property just means a different tax rate not an idea of privacy. In those same states many of the local governance has also abolished private property laws for any reason other than code enforcement and taxation. Calling the police for a stranger on your property on the west coast might not get a response for 24hrs or more. This is an American problem starting with our President.

I have a question. Is it not true, that the process of generating electricity for cars instead of gasoline and oil, is at least as bad for the environment? I'm really asking. Because I've heard about it just very briefly, and have not researched. But no one seems to address it in these kind of proceedings. If it's true, then I would think it would be subject number one in defending what has always worked.
