They won't have a good faith argument with you. If you truly want to debate this position you almost have to have the person in front of you. I ignorantly tried for years to have these online debates in the comments but it devolves so quickly into name calling and the disregarding of objective facts. Find a solid man or lady that thinks differently in real life, and challenge them on it. It is much more civil in person.

The ATF cut the power to his house, turned off their body cams, or weren't wearing them at all, put tape over his ring doorbell camera, then proceeded to kick in his front door. Do you think they announced themselves first? Why would they want to conceal the events that happened? They were only authorized for a search warrant....NOT a raid. Most search warrants start with a knock on the door. Hard to say why they felt the need to cover up their crime in the manner they did, but the only story we get are from the perpetrators of this crime. As we all know, dead men tell no tales!

Three items should happen after this investigation: 1) Murder charges should be filed against both the ATF and the Police Department (providing the names of who was involved to the public), 2) a 9 figure monetary lawsuit should be filed against the ATF and the city, and 3) the removal of the ATF. This agency besides the corrupted DOJ and the FBI, should be removed from the payrolls of this government.

The militia were called the “minutemen” they aren’t the military they aren’t the national guard or any government regulated entity. Anyone that’s read the federalist papers, the anti federalist papers and the militia act would know that they are the people. It even directly says it in the amendment at the end “the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed” that was added into the amendment because they (the forefathers) knew stupid people would follow and try to change words around to push total disarmament which is what gun control is. Notice nowhere in the 2nd Amendment is they any requirement, mandate, that one must be a member of a militia to have the inalienable RTKBA. The RTKBA is the ONLY right in our Bill of Rights to contain the most legal absolute mandate of: "Shall not be infringed".

The BATFE exists completely outside of the Constitution. Nothing in the Constitution provides for the establishment of such an agency, and in fact, the Constitution forbids any agency to create law, outside the legislative branch. And it does not allow the legslative nor executive branch to grant authority to write law to any government agency. Every "rule", "opinion", or "regulation" authored by the BATFE is actually null and void under literal interpretation of the Constitution.
Theres also no provision for federal "law enforcement agencies" in there. The entire DOJ is unconstitutional and therefore illegal. The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

It was actually Congress that proposed the creation of the DoJ and was signed into law by President Grant in 1868. Legally, they took the necessary and correct steps to create the Department of Justice.
