Thanks for watching! I'm doing a RU-vid Live Q&A Stream on Friday 24th April, 8pm BST (London Time). I'll be answering your questions and talking all things travel. See you there!
Hello Jason my favorite traveller, Maybe I will not be able to watch your QW on friday so my questions are 1_ Do you want to come to Afghanistan? And if you come When ? Which countray is your favorite one ? Thank you Jason you look so handsome and honest. 😊👍👍💟 TAKE CARE
@@MEOW-ef5yo I'd love to visit Afghanistan one day. A bit of prep and organising beforehand would be needed - but I certainly won't rule out visiting at some point.
I'm Kuwaiti and lived in the US for 5 years. Overall I feel both are almost equal in terms day to day expenses, I think the US is actually a bit more expensive for tourists due to taxes and gas prices. I don't think Kuwait is a particularly expensive country.
Well because ur literally going to states rely heavily on tourists.. taxes and gas are doubled. If u go to central america its 10 times cheaper and 100 times cheaper to kuwait
That’s why we Kuwaiti people love to travel not only to spend our vacation in summer or discovering new countries but because Kuwait is very expensive but thanks for our highest currency KD Kuwaiti Dinnar makes our tourism trips cheaper in Europe or America/Canada etc. One Kuwaiti Fact: we have an strange law for Falafel sandwich in Kuwait it will cost you 0.100 fills only this law made for poor which let all people to eat. But if you add salads or potatoes to the falafel sandwich or any additional then the price will go up. That’s why luxury restaurants don’t serve plain falafel sandwich only, they would sell you a dish of falafel or a sandwich with salads inside otherwise the government will close their restaurant.
Thanks for this, as a Kuwaiti what hotels do you recommend in Kuwait for a tourist from the UK? Also what shops do you recommend for traditional women's clothes?
Glad you visited Kuwait - a land of people who feel passionately about their country. Needless to say that you'd come across some of the finest and generous people here. I like how you have tried to cover the two ends of the food price spectrum. Food at most European and American franchises is expensive. Just as you have seen and shown, Kuwait generally is an expensive place. I am sure affordable housing, schools, jobs, health care, general demographics may have been beyond the scope of this video. These topics, each of them bring out a very interesting dimension to life in Kuwait.
It was an interesting video of Kuwait. I was thinking that of the food prices too. Being a Californian, I did not see those prices as expensive at all. It sounds like housing & schooling is likely on the expensive side though.
Yes healthcare is free and most schools are free and also if you’re a Kuwaiti they will pay you if you don’t have a house, it’s easy to find a job in Kuwait especially if you’re an engineer
hey im from Kuwait and just wanted to mention a few details: 1. You can find Fireej Suwaileh in London (on Edgware Road) 2. Fireej Suwaileh is far from the best restaurant in Kuwait and is considered a fast food option. If you were referring to local cuisine then 'Dar Hamad' is undoubtedly the best based on peer reviews. Over and out. lol
I’m Nigerian & I have been to Dubai twice on holiday but Kuwait has been on my mind lately. Great reviews so far. Seems like Kuwaitis are wonderful people.
Khalid is one of the highlights of the Kuwait videos. Showcasing Kuwaiti hospitality at its finest. Enjoying your video contents, Sir. Very educational and virtually exciting.
it was fantastic video , I really enjoy it . Also i realized that most of the Kuwait's people are friendly with nice smiling face. I'm from USA and wish i can go one time to visit there . God Bless Kuwait
I live in Kuwait and seeing everything going on as normal makes me so sad,Kuwait is such a lively country. I hope we can get back to our regular lives soon.
Thank you for sharing your lovely experience 🌿 As Kuwaiti we sees our home as the best place on the planet 🥰 as we love to travel and visit different places I really missed everywhere! Your video shows streets and buildings 😭 hope this epidemic ends soon. God bless Kuwait 🇰🇼, God bless you, Thank you 🌼 and everyone are always welcome 🙏
Very informative video. I actually didn’t know it was that expensive to travel around Kuwait. I definitely would like to try out the food there because I’m sold based on this video 🙌💯🍛🥘
I watched all your videos about Kuwait.. and I am quite upset that you missed to visit some of the most famous places such as the Avenues mall, JACC and even ASCC which is one of the largest cultural complexes+ exhibits. I hope you cover these places next time you're in Kuwait. Overall great content thanks.
Hi, I’m Kuwaiti ❤️ Thank u for this video, only i want to say that we have cheapest than shawerma is ( Falafel ) is only 0.100 fils ! That mean £ 0.26 Only ! U have to try it next time 😍
EccentricSilence bro who even told you that😂 I mean yes our country is very rich alhamdellah and 80% of Kuwaitis are rich, but they don't take the money form government for free they take it because of their high salaries, their salaries about 1000kd, 1500kd some of them take 2000kd and more than that, the only thing that government give it free salary for all kuwaiti university students but when we graduate from uni we're not gonna take it .. we have to work
Their currency is makes trading their stock market very interesting and rewarding, I am a data analyst and I trade in the stock market and it has been very profiting.
I'm really interested in the FX and stock market, I've seen how it helps people, I mean my neighbor just moved out to his own house by trading, but for weeks now I've done exactly what I see on the videos online but this whole thing feels like high school economics all over again I just see charts and numbers I don't get anything. Pls what's your system??
My broker told me " trading can be gambling when you don't employ proper strategies" that's why I continue to enjoy working with Mr Hovik Morte an experienced broker of six years in the market his daily signals and strategies have been instrumental in my profit yielding methods in the market..My FX market stay would have been really short from 25,000$ capital to -25,000 if I hadn't gotten into the investment programme of Mr Hovik Morte, when I got into the FX market I was confused I just wanted to make money I didn't care how I only wanted to be as Rich as some of these channel owners, so I spent a lot of time watching them but I could never really understand much so I lost a lot of money, I spoke to any advisor he told me if I couldn't make money for myself I should get an expert to do it for me, that's how I was introduced to Mr Morte, I was a bit skeptical about him but after he told me about his investment programme and how he could help stop my reoccurring losses i had to give him a try and with 4000$ I got into his programme and its been one of my best trading decision yet, i planning to open a gym by years end, i owe a huge gratitude to Mr Hovik Morte... For reference sake @
The FX and stock market can be a very confusing and crazy place to be for a newbie, I could barely understand the numbers and charts on my own I made poor choices of trade and I paid for it 😔💵 I couldn't lose anymore money so I has to look for a better way to trade so I got an expert to teach and invest for me, Mr Hovik Morte an exceptional Broker I was a bit skeptical about him at first but the ideas and strategies he was already talking me into were too good to ignore so I got into business with him and I haven't regretted it since, his got me on a weekly investment programme of 5000$ and I profit 13000$ from it, I live a better more comfortable life Thanks to Mr Morte and most importantly investing has become fun.
@@lucasrayan8583 I'm so grateful for your recommendations, I reached out to hovik and got into his investment programme and it's been wonderful. I'm actually learning and earning at an my own pace and it's more than I hoped for. Thanks again.
Wow this is so amazing but you should come again and visit more places like Al-kuot mall and beach, Al-shaheed park, Al-Othman house museum and The avenues ✅🇰🇼🇰🇼you really won’t regret this!!! 💗💗
Wow. I really want to go and visit this country, i love everything that i've seen about this country so far, Kuwait citizens am i welcome? from the west african region Nigeria.
I remember once my friend and I went to a lebanese restaurant in London, we ordered 2 shawarma, 2 fries, 2 cola .. and it cost us around 60 GBP, that's like 23KD, for 23KD I can get 46 Shawarma in kuwait
Welcome to Kuwait, I hope you are enjoyed with the Beautiful City Come to Kuwait again in winter, because the weather of the Arab Gulf states is very harsh. Kuwait is very beautiful in winter.😍♥️ 🇰🇼❤ Find the best places, newest places, malls and authentic Kuwaiti food👏🏼👍🏻
Amazing I watched all your videos from Arabic gulf (coz I’m Arabic British and love this countries and also Dhaka was a nice city thanks a lot for sharing these amazing videos 👍👍👍👍🌹💞🌺🙏🙏🙏🥰🤩🤩🤩
Thank you for the very honest and thoughtful reporting of your visit to kuwait ❤️ I want to mention one more thing regarding food and prices in kuwait: Even with the large amount of inflation and the raise of prices in the last decade, there is a special law in kuwait which set the price of the "falafel sandwich" to be 0.050 KD and can not be increased This law was placed by the late prince of kuwait (shiekh jaber al ahmed) to prevent any human being to experience hunger in kuwait So literally any one can afford food no matter how poor they are. 🇰🇼❤️
I was born and raised in kuwait (currently 17) and I still live here. Imo local taxi are cheaper than careem and grand limo ( which I've never heard of really)
You should have planned your trip and ask Kuwaitis to recommend you places to go because as Kuwaitis we don't go to such places as these except freej swaileh, I'm happy you enjoyed your stay in Kuwait and if you're planning to visit us once again I'm down to show you around of my country also thank you for your amazing vlog!💕💕💕
All Kuwaitis thank you for your effort to present Kuwait in a good and beautiful way to the non-Kuwaiti people Kuwait is the country of humanity and welcomes all people proud to be Kuwaiti 🇰🇼
He is a Bengali memorizing hospitality poet in Kuwait. His accent was off but he did really a great effort. يا محلا الفنجان مع سيحة البال في مجلسٍ مافيه نفسٍ ثقيلة
Thank you for the visit, but I hope that the second time the spirit of tourist places in Kuwait will come. العقل Crazy mind and terrible islands 😍 Thank you from where you were 🇰🇼❤️
Great video. Very informative. Also the quality of the video and audio is great. If you don't mind, please share the brand of gadgets you used for this shoot (video camera, and mic). Thank you.

Hello, next time when you visits kuwait you can stay in sky hotel in Salmiya or salmiya leaders plaza hotel, they are really affordable. You are welcome any time 🇰🇼🇰🇼
Its actually beautiful the beaches are so good and beautiful but bruh sometimes when im on the beach to get a swim the sea is sometimes short so i keep getting hit by rocks lol
Hey Jason. I had been living in Salmiya for the past 7 years. No I've left Kuwait. But you just took me through the goodies in Salmiya. Especially the Freej Suwaleh. Man i miss their machboos. Its an awesome place which we used to hang out mostly during the midnight. The salmiya Cooperative, the Lazeez STeak, where u had the shawarma. The food is the one I miss the most from Kuwait. Thanks for the video.
