Nobody sleeps on fab. If you are into rap, you already know what fab brings to the table. His albums has done nothing less than gold so that should tell yall alot of people listen to him.
By the lyrics in his songs, the overall sound and vibe, and this interview, I am so blown away by what an articulate, all around smooth / cool, and just simply genius, human being Fabulous is. Maybe not only the most underrated rapper of all time, but most underrated human as well.
This is one of the greatest interviews Fab has done. The questions asked were great and we got to hear him talk about his first steps into rap. Thanks Brett Berish!
FAB!!!!! this man is on his own level as far as swagg, smooth flow, poise, calm demeanor, best dressed & doesn't have to say much for u to notice him. His underrated bars & longevity makes him the MAN today. But nobody is SELF-MADE cuz GOD MADE MAN!!!!
@kva5004 lmaoo. Real talk though this Tommy dude is right. I was on the fence with Fab (didn’t like him or dislike him) but after this interview I have to say Fab is right up there with all the Real truest Hip Hop Legends! Tupac, Nip, TLC, Aliyah and the list goes on. 💯
@@timetogetit7225 Fuckoudda here lmao he dropped Friday On Elm Street with Jada one of his most classic shit just a couple years ago and he drops bangers all the time.
Love the interview! The interviewer was on point he asked all the right questions and really drew Fab out his cool shell. I know this had to be therapeutic for Loso because he rarely opens up so as a fan I really enjoyed this segment. It made me appreciate Fab more as an artist!!!
This shows exactly why we need to get rid of the negative parts of our Hood Mentality... there's so many talented people from the Struggle... and some just need to realise it.
Back in Jersey when we first started listening to Fab on Clue mixtapes we was calling him "Fabolous Sport" and he stood out alot because he sounded like Mase.
Soooo underrated! Legendary rapper 💯 Lyricism, punch lines, timing, distinct voice, swag & flow, humor, ability to freestyle etc Fab has it all. Still remember hearing him freestyle on radio when I was heading home from school. Definitely an inspiration & TOP 5 rappers for me personally.!
I could not have said all that any better! 🤜🤛 My mind is blown by how well spoken, smooth, and simply genius Fabolous is (and I'm a middle-aged white guy). 😊
When I was hearin about Fab nobody had a picture of him just these bars from the mixtapes until the video for I cant deny it and superwoman. It was dope that you couldnt really find out too much about artists back then until they broke, it let the art shine more.
31membami Fabs rhymes were neatly put together and his bars ended wit three or thour syllabes rhyming with the line he said before. Mase rhyme schemes wasn't organized so I knew right away.
Alfonso G Only one I seen it really happen with was The Weeknd, when i found out about the others I could find their images everywhere. Its a hard thing to do in this era.
Gotta thank DJ Clue for giving Fab that window to shine and him capitalizing. One of my favorite MCs and inspirations for just starting out making music and did my first recording over Young OG. Great interview
Fab is my favorite today & of all time, I pretty much can rap any song u play from him, done seen all his interviews everything bro I’m waiting for his next project I’m such a dye hard fan I can wait
This interview is dope. Fab is a rap legend and he is humble. His speaking ability is sound as well because he doesn’t use any fillers in his speech. Salute king 🔥🤙🏽
I'm from GA came up on Luda Jeezy Ti etc Fab an Juelz was da 1st NY artist i ever respected i remember dat old ass song Breathe he had been a fan since

Brooo....thats when i was like who is paul cain...i dont care if u blunted or lifted youll get hunted and twisted even the n...you roll wit a be confronted with biscuits....
Y'all really need to listen to his early body of work, meaning the mixtapes (look up the original "loso's way", not the later album release), his freestyles and throwaways. Shits ridiculous how talented dude is. Greatest punchline rapper ever.
"Black Hoodie, I pull that Quattro Cinco (45) out it put that Iron to ure clothes like im take wrinkles out it. Take every FRANKLIN, GRANT, JACKSON, LINCOLN out it, look u in in ure eyes 👀 & tell u DON'T U EVEN THINK ABOUT IT"!!!!!! That was by far the hardest most griddy, goonish bar I ever heard from a rap artist. Pssh Fab that BOY!!! U HEAR 👂 ME?????
I really Fucks wit Losso.from the way this is put together in the editing, I am inspired to reactivate my celebrity interviews here in Africa [Uganda to be exact]
Lyrics, consistency, content, crossover appeal, longevity, trendsetter impact, live show presence, Fab aced it all. In this era of "controversy sells", his reserved nature kept him out of the tabloid spotlight, and as a result off of the casual listener's radar. Any hip-hop admirer or industry rep knows he's hands down one of the best to rap. Easily one of the best punchline artist's with a unique ability to reference pop culture and current events in songs, for example: "Giving passes ain't easy, I'm ruthless like Eazy / want beef? I'm like Ruth's Chris, that's easy / take your top off, make you roofless that easy... met a shorty, her dress fit so well / best catch in the game since Odell " Salute!
I'm from The Netherlands, and Fab has been my favorite artist since I was 10 I'm now 27. Probz from The Netherlands for interviewing him and keep doing your thing my G 🔥
I think the crazy thing about Fab era if you didn’t rap like Rakim,2Pac or Nas to name a few you were intimidated. Now in rap anyone can rap because there’s a lot non serious artist !
U right cuz when i was in high school back in 02, u couldnt join a chyper if u didnt have serious bar work. No flow,no punchlines,no metaphors ,you couldnt join in..
Hearing Fab talk about our first time working on music bought back so many memories of us doing what we love before the money. I always knew he would be great, I appreciate his honesty and advice for everyone who thinks this is just a dream. Go for ya goals. 2 Kids from Brevoort Houses.
I've been mad for years that no Fab demos or early songs leaked. Not one. Nothing from 1997 or 1996 has been put on RU-vid. You gotta upload at least that song he talked about!
@@johndoe-sh9sg honestly bro. Everyone who was around doing music with me is doing well making 6 figures yearly and living. Not offended by your question at all . I've been blessed to produce for industry artist since the age of 17. Stay up.
Fab your a genius, general of the game. Man, listen I'm a fan at what you display in the world of music, real listeners appreciate your hard work and what you bring too the table as an artist. If it's controlling your girl or getting money. Real talk. I love what you do....!
