Man, Colin. You're my favorite instructor. I almost gave up on Lightroom but, you helped me learn a bunch of stuff that helps my photography. Thanks man. Looking forward to more photo-witchcraft!
Thanks for the tip. We are going to kauai for two weeks. I will have so many pictures to edit. This will help me see the possibilities for each in just one or two clicks. ❤ Rees
I've been using LR C for several years now and I still have not made any presets. I really need to. Milky way season is here and I really need to make one for those pics since I do nearly the same edit every time.
I have found that when I do masks with the brush that when applying the same edits to another image the masks are out of place, which is understandable.
You don't post that often. Anyway I'm lazy, and have thousands of unedited raw files taking up terabytes of HD space. This sounds like a way out. Thank you very much. I am firmly against Adobe subscription. Have a 2015 version of LIGHTROOM, and Adobe RAW. Will give this a try.
I kicked against subscription for years with my last purchase being CS6. I tried other apps, but non matched Adobe. I finally realised it was me missing out at less than the cost of a monthly photography magazine, and so I subscribed. Have to say I do not regret the decision.
You missed the point. This is a tutorial to show how to batch process ai adjustments with changes that can be clearly seen (If you have watched ANY of my editing tutorials, you know how I actually edit). On this, the settings are irrelevant other than to clearly demonstrate how a feature works. I expect you to use the settings that are best for your photos. (And the properly exposed version of this image has beautiful light, not this one I chose to demo).
@@photoshopcafe You are completely right. The ai adjustments are perfectly shown. Your tutorials are well explained and easy to follow. I only wanted to notice that in that particular case the image did not win with the transformation done (my personal opinion of course - others might think it improved a lot). I hope this opinion did not bother you. Your tutorials are astounding.
