But railroad tracks and close to lake Michigan so better for commercial building than house. It's cold by the lake. And you'll have to sit on it to get money out of it. Better off buying gold. Did find 20 acres in good location with a clearing, on trails, and a creek. All about getting the right buildings built on it and split in 2. It's cheaper for me to stay at camp than in current townhouse.
