@@btoth3rody903a lil tip is that I would recommend practising until you are sub 30 before u learn 1 look oll. lol my friend got sub 20 average before he even finished learning 2 look oll 😂. I am learning full pll and I’m at about 30 second average. But ur doin good so keep practising :)

Hope you read this. I got my first cube for 4 weeks ago, and i can solve it without any notations that helps. my average time is 80 - 120 seconds. Yesterday my cube SMASHED and my parent ordered a new speed cube to me, so when i get the cube i will try to do this challenge, My parents actually ordered for a few days ago a 2x2 and a pyraminx, i cant wait until they come! :D You and ur doughter is the best! Just got a new cube and thought this would be fun! (Literally the cube arrived about 10 minutes ago) I went from a £5 cube to a Gan 354 V2 (magnetic) so don’t judge these times- I’m not used to it yet! Random Scramble : 1 min 37 sec Scramble 1 : Never mind I can’t read notations 😅

I'm new to cubing (3 weeks) but here are my times: Juliette: 38 (PB!) Max: 57 (messed up) Patrick: 45 (average solve) Feliks: 43 (waste of a good one) Yusheng Du: 50 (little over average) I forgot the exactly decimals, but eh... it's still a PB by 8 seconds!!! I used to get around 1 minute solves, so these scrambles were good for me. My average for this set is just 1 second slower than my previous PB.
I average low 12 and these are my results: 4.44 solve: 10.77 4.40 solve: 10.68 4.29 solve: 10.39 The first three solves were really good solves, I had deliberately changed the rotation of the cube when scrambling so I solve with the white cross (I am not colour neutral) The cross solution was very straightforward due to a few pieces already solved. Look ahead was extremely easy since most of the pieces lie on the top layer but not in F2L slots I did the normal OLL+PLL The result was a much better time than my averages 4.22 solve: 14.40 I screwed up on this one, partly because I was nervous, partly because I couldn’t figure out how Feliks solved it (he probably used cross +2 which I don’t know at my level of knowledge) 3.47 solve: 8.86 This was... incredible. I did a cross+1 and looked ahead to the second F2L pair during inspection. The rest of F2L didn’t even require a rotation. I got a 8 move OLL plus a very quick J perm, and the result was... HECK I BROKE MY PB

The times my son got were 1:54, 1:28, 1:18, 1:30 and 1:14. I normally average 3-4 mins, so I am so happy for these results. Tinman, Tingboy and Olor are the best.

Average : 1 min Juliette Sebastien : 49.53 ( A fairly good days and I could skip a couple of algorithms on yellow face ) Max Park : 47.63 ( I do beginner method and the daisy was really good ) Patrick Ponse : 1:04.67 ( Had to redo the cross ) Feliks Zemdegs : 1:05.27 (Just alot of pauses ) Yusheng Du : 1:15.75 ( Positioning the edges took 3 algorithms instead of 1 or 2 ) Dec 2022 Used my main this time : Average 50 : Juliette Sebastien : 51.67 ( Turned really poorly as it was my first solve of the day ) Max Park : 45.71 ( Just a decent solve, nothing much ) Patrick Ponce : 40.81 ( Really good solve to be honest, not my new PB though :/ ) Felix Zemdegs : 33.37 ( New PB : The way I did the cross gave me 2 free f2l pairs 0-0 ) Yusheng Du : 41.80 ( Good solve, didn't find any skips, for some reason just turned fast )
I am a beginner and use beginner’s method. I average about 1:50 my times with the scrambles from this video, first scramble to last scramble were 1:33.47, 2:08.49, 1:46.10, 1:45.50 and1:16.41 (my personal best so far).

Times: (I sadly didn't keep track but I didn't want to redo them because there really good for me) 34.48 36.61 36.63 38.18 38.53 Ao5: 36.888 PB Ao5 for me yay!! I normally average around 45 seconds, so all 5 of those solves were just incredible for me, especially the 34.48 Edit: I did this again and my solves are about 10-20 seconds faster on average so :))) 16.84 19.80 13.93 20.01 :( 14.93 This resulted in a 17.95 average, but I did try the crosses that were used in the solves.
JJRTheCuber nice! I average about 45 secs too, but didn’t get as good of solves as you. What do you average now? (Assuming you are practicing and improving)
that first one has a really good first block for blue-the edges are already connected, and only one corner is in kind of a difficult place. it's probably not that difficult-just I'm terrible. I'm not timing myself. my timer is dusty. I should probably start training first block again-I've just been working (slowly) on full CMLL, so I've been completely neglecting everything else.

My average is 30-35 seconds. I did my solves 3 different ways: Color neutral (despite not being color neutral), white cross, and scrambling the cube in such a way that the white cross was the one they used in the solve. My solves were: Color neutral 1. 27.57 (This time obviously applies for all of them, since she used white cross anyway) 2. 35.04 3. 51.63 4. 45.96 5. 28.44 (Same idea as 1) With white face 1. 27.57 2. 32.74 3. 31.60 4. 42.02 5. 28.44 With shuffle to put the white face on top 1. 27.57 2. 33.61 3. 36.31 4. 35.00 5. 28.44 Final takeaway? I need to get color neutral.
