Solve 1: 20.35 Solve 2: 27.53 Solve 3: 33.27 Solve 4: 28.14 Solve 5: 31.87 As a roux solver, only the first one was especially nice. One handed, I usually average around 26 seconds (but I'm a bit out of practice).

hey tingman. to actually get the cross solution to be white you have to put the white face in the position of where the other colour face was when holding it with white top and green front, by using only x and z rotations if that makes any sense. do not do any y rotations otherwise you won't get the same scramble with white cross
Correct me if I’m wrong but when scrambling so that white is the cross colour, don’t you hold white where their cross colour was? So with Patrick Ponce’s solve, you would hold white at front blue top.

Here are my times 2 handed: 1. Keaton Ellis: 24.24 2. Patrick Ponce: 19.49 3. Asia Komvittayayotin (sorry if i spelled wrong): 18.44 (PLL skip) 4. Feliks Zemdegs: 26.56 5. You can’t just hold their cross color on top because then the cross could be on any of the 4 colors on it the front and sides. For example, you would have to hold white on the front of their cross was green etc

@@cubeavenger3489 you start with yellow cross (notice the pair in the back), make an x cross with the flipped edge, insert the free pair, pair up the green and orange i think, and you're left with a sledge hammer+ ll skip
Hi Tingman. I've been speedcubing now for just over a year and a half, and here are my results. (I did white cross for all of the solves.) Keaton Ellis scramble: 2 hand time=12.32 and OH time =25.54 Patrick Ponce scramble: 2 hand time=14.52 and OH time =21.12 Asia Konvittayayotin scramble: 2 hand time= 13.20 and OH time =27.88 Feliks Zemdegs scramble: 2 hand time= 12.56 and OH time = 23.12 Max Park Scramble: 2 hand time= 17.46 (I dropped the cube...) and OH time = 31.24 Thanks for this series of world record solves; I really enjoy them.
1-Hand is DefFEntLY not my satisfaction of solving 3x3s, who else agrees 1-hand is pretty much hard to master, all of my solves were terrible accept 3rd, 54.36. Keep up the awesome content

Dad made a mistake. If you want to simulate the cross on a different color you should put the white on the side that the CN did the cross. So if the CN did a green cross, hold white as F (where normally green would be) your white pieces will be in the same place as the CN's green pieces.

Haha it’s very appropriate that the cat lady is asking about the cat beanie! It’s a tradition for our scrambles video. And unfortunately Olor doesn’t solve OH in this video. It’s just the OH scrambles we’re doing :) and yes will definitely do vlogs when comps are back on!!

5:05 That's not how you make the cross color switch, you have to put the white side where it was originally green. So in this case, put white on the front. In the case how you scrambled it, Patrick would have done orange cross, because that was in the green side's place.
i cannot do any pll or oll algorithm one-handed because it's all muscle memory, so basically i've never solved a cube one-handed and am almost physically incapable to do so... 😂

For years, I've sucked at OH, definitely because of my insane lack of practice. Now that I've seen how these scrambles go, I've just realized I should just stick to 3x3 Blindfolded 😂😂😂 In seriousness though, maybe I might have to practice OH more in the future, as I still have a lot of events to prioritize atm, but as always, this is just ♥️
Tip for when you’re scrambling to make white the cross colour they use put white where the colour they used would be as if you were scrambling normally,

Your daughter knows complete CFOP or does she makes it with the simplified version? She is really fast, I haven’t learned the full method, I am going to o do it soon, my average is 30-35. I would really would want to solve it that fast, she is almost as fast as you!

You have to put the white side on the other colour's place instead of putting other colour on white's place. Like on Patrick's you have to put white where green is so that the scramble on green become scramble on white. Ola got it right at the end.
