Weegrow sent me a light and asked me to see if I could grow something.
I have NEVER been able to grow a vegetable as fast as they say I should be able to on the package. I have also never grown hydroponic cucumbers. I took my weegrow QB-2000 light, my ebb and flow hydro system and tried my hand at cucumbers.
Can it be done?

Best guess for the differences in growth; I've experienced Ph swings with the addition of airstones before. Would be interesting to see the EC/Ph differences over the growing period.

Being one of the rare youtubers to grow non cannabis plants under both T5 and led lighting, how would you compare the two? Prefer one over the other?

I thought the days to harvest is based on planting a seedling for transplantable things, not from sowing a seed? If you grow hydroponically you should checkout some parthenocarpic varieties. My favorites are Camilla, Picolino, Iznik, and Diva. Usually these are gynoecious but I've found that the first half dozen flowers for some varieties might be male, but after that, all female.

Hmm…maybe it is. If so, it was right on the money. Took about 7 days to germinate. Thanks for the suggestions on the different varieties. It is a pain trying to pollinate!

I think your supposed to add the micro first then the grow nutrients, else I have been doing it wrong LOL. You probably used editing to trick us to see if we notice..
