Just so you know, you don’t even need to use the “Hedgehog space program“ or a Spin-Dash to reach Wyvern early. We’re just a couple well place jumps at the ball and crane puzzles, You can just climb over the hill and make your way to the boss trigger.

7:50 As a big fan of this game I'll let you know that speedrunning the Neutral Route is as simple as activating Chaos Control at the same time you open any checkpoint's Teleport Menu. For as long as you leave the Teleport Menu open the Blue Gauge won't drain letting you fly straight to the goal from wherever you activate it. It may take a couple tries to get the timing right but it really isn't tight, it's a very Casual Gamer friendly skip. The only thing to be wary of is that Prison Island's Chaos Emerald is a little before the far end of the stage and the Warp Path flies over it instead of through it so manually stopping Chaos Control is necessary so you don't fly straight past it (not difficult).

For the record, in the 3DS version of Lost World, the last Zone is a boss rush, so there's no lava

the most easiest sonic game has to be sonic 2 and 3 and knuckles just bc you can get super and hyper in the first zone in sonic 2 just dont mess up get all check points and finish all special stages with 50 rings to enter duhh, and in sonic and knuckles part get the 4/3 special rings, complete then go to act 2 and get the 4 special rings in act 2 depends on character knuckles for sure has more i bet.
