NOTE: This product works exactly as described. ru-vid.comUgkxguEIMc_Qwab-3QMTpF6jaRL80hiOOsIN It originally earned a four-star review due to a minor defect (see below). However, the manufacturer's customer service rep (Lita) went above and beyond the call of duty and deserves five stars now. I wish I could give even more!I purchased this item which arrived quickly. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. There was only one problem: One bolt did not screw into the hole properly. I called the company. Their customer service rep (Lita) was terrific! She took all my information and submitted a request to replace the defective part. I'm hoping to finish assembly and start using this treadmill soon. @@random-zb7fp It's not debatable that Kipchoge has accomplished more then Haile at the marathon distance. 10 world marathon major wins and 2 Olympic golds vs 4 world marathon major wins and 0 Olympic golds. If we include 5K and 10K as well, I argue that title belongs to Bekele. I have suspicion, though, that Cheptegei will end up with the most accomplished career should his trajectory continue. You're basically a sub-elite runner who is way, way ahead of even a keen runner like me who can do 5k in 19 minutes so the fact that you can only last about 10 mins at this pace just shows how superhuman Kipchoge and any of these athletes running a Marathon in under 2:05 are. I would really struggle to last 2 mins at this pace so that shows you how far ahead of a 19:18 5k runner a 15:30 5k runner is = 5 times as long! Thanks for the video and the effort!

I’ve always thought about contacting them so I get footage of me in that first mile keeping 1st place in the race. Huge respect dude. M running 10kms at 5:55min/km nowadays but not sure if I can match up this pace of yours for even 10mtrs.

I was shocked, how super hard it is (tried to keep 3min/km for few seconds :) ) and result of my experiment is clear: no, no way, no one can keep this pace for 2h. :-)

Running like Kipchoge or even close to him is a genetic gift for sure. Not even the best runners amongst could train to attain such a pace and endurance. Cardiovascular, muscles, Lactic pain acid buildup, etc. There’s something very unique with their bodies. Those guys r built that way at birth.

yup, most pro sports are getting to the level where you need to put the work + genetics to be at the top. Like olympic swimmer (men) need certain height, same for tennis players, for pro cyclist their oxygen intake must be incredible, etc...

first of all they've been running probably before they were born and that's the most important thing.
