since you've first handedly experienced both a choke-less and choked carb, what is your opinion on which is better? or maybe i need to be more specific, what is your preference? She topped out pretty fast though, even with the choke engaged. Seems like she could run 19/55 and MAYBE even 20/54 gearing for speed run purpose only.
@RCKnockout i will be using a surpass brushless motor 3660 / 4200kv with 2s - 3s lipo and the pinion gears i have are between 29-33 so i would like to know what size spur should i use i have the option of 72T or 76T what do you recommend
Cool speedrun man! I wish i had a great speedrun location but i don't know if there would be any good ones in my state of OK. I started back up my RC addiction i got my XO-1 repaired and put in a Castle MMX8s\1717 combo for it and she rips with it.
@@RCKnockout Last Sunday i ran both my Slash 4x4 Ultimate and my Hoss. Both with custom electronics the slash has a Max 10 SCT 120a\3660 3,200kv combo and the Hoss has a Copperhead 10\1415 2,400kv combo ran them both on 2s.
Can you please help me with a question... I am changing the spur gear on my Traxxas slash 2WD from stock to metal do you recommend i go with a 72T or 76T ??

On my buggy did I race has a 26cc i’ve done speed checks with it and I put road ties and I get up to about 65 km with standard gearing, and the carburettor is a wall bro with a little tuning, you should be able to get that and maybe a little more 👍🏻🇦🇺
