@@YetundeAbisoyeRealtor Thank you for your concern Sis. My God is greater! Doctors aren't spiritual. I usually go no water or food for 1week. Im not doing that fast while pregnant. Im only fasting from 6am-6pm for 3days. I havent felt weak and if so I would eat something. Starve the flesh feed the Spirit! Shalom ❤

God knows the heart, 1min , 2 hours etc dedicated to the Lord, sitting in his presence, repenting, prayer, praise, worship, reading his word - is & would be acceptable to the Lord Jesus, He’s loving, kind & understands the flesh is weak, sickness etc so dedicate the best time you can - He understands loves & knows your heart better than anyone. So just stay focus on him & the Holy Spirit will lead you.
God is not a human being; checking who is fasting or not. Fasting is just a practice for you to get more discipline and detachment and other benefits for yourself.
Fasting should start at 12am midnight for the minimum of at least 13 hrs . If you choose to fast more than that is up to you. Whether 7, 21, or 40 days
Side effects of Fasting at my End. I do get severe type of rashes on my hands, since its my second time fasting, Initially I started prolong Fasting in March 2023 but as rashes on my hands pop up so I give up Fasting after 96 hours of Fasting. By this time, I was willing to do fasting for 30 days straight, which was scheduled 48 hours dry fasting and rest of the fasting would be water fasting after 48 hours. But, again this time I failed at 36 hours of dry fasting and I give up after 36 hours and I broke my Fast. Please guide me I want to restart again, but these rashes on hands are really annoying.
Your fasting has to be focus driven on God than your physical side effects, ie rash. The rash could indicate the toxicity in your body that needs to be pushed out of your system as you let it rest and start to heal itself. Maybe starting with a 7 day fast and using the Bible app to help you stay on track. Also read Fasting by Jentezen Franklin and Continue to listen to Dr. Myles Munroe’s fasting videos as he breaks down what happens to our mind and body as we fast. You may find after day 7 your rash will heal and may not come back. God gave us a tool that not only helps us connect with him deeper but it helps heal our body at the same time. God bless 🙏✝️
You can start with Daniel fast, then intermittent fast before a dry fast. God will guide you, as we all live in different climates, have different level of endurance, spiritual maturity etc. God will surely guide you when you seek His face about that.
I heard his previous teaching he undergo no food just water only. He start going on 7 days, 12 days and maximum of 28 days just pure water for 24 hours. God is looking for a clean pipe to allow his blessings. This is partial teaching from his 1:45mins teaching.
