You know you're in NRL territory when no one on the panel or comments this far has picked up on his very humbling comment about himself. JT sounds like he would be one remarkable man
The only problem with that style of tackle is it's more for prop forwards or players in general who just run straight, taumalolos foot work is amazing for a player his size so it kinda just doesnt work. Might work here and there but it's not very reliable
I've played with a few island boys that would make Jason look tiny by contrast and they'd be as fast on the go. They just had crap endurance and only ever came on as impact players for ten twenty minutes tops. Seriously, one of their thighs was like two of Jason's, was always a sight to see three or four tacklers hanging off him.
Crap endurance that makes Jason look tiny is also known as dangerously obese and completely useless at NRL level and I call utter bs to as fast on the go, Maybe as fast as eating a Big Mac on the go.
I agree he is beast of all beasts, but I can't believe that in 2020 we have to teach rugby league players how to tackle 1 on 1. Heaven forbid we might end up getting RU coaches teaching us how to tackle.
I think it's just a matter of if you get him, you get him. And if you don't, you don't. There's no real formula to tackling someone so big and fast with agility like his.
Taumalolo is the best forward I've seen since Ellery Hanley. Sorry Australia not all the best players come from australia like your egos would have you believe.
yeh buddy I don’t think anyone said that but I’ll give a list. Cam smith, jt, Cronk, lockery, Freddy Fittler, Johns, Paul Gallen, addo car, homes, billy slater, Tom and Jake, Greg, teddy, ponga, latrell, DCE, James Roberts , Hayne plane, Munster, Luke Keary and more
