The reason fort portal city is progressing is because they have a pro development mayor and it's not only fort . but, other cities like Jinja, Entebbe, Gulu, Arua as well. Kampala has a very politically controversial mayor who does know when to work he thinks every thing has to be politicised and that is holding back kampala city.

Calling it a city is a stretch of imagination. Nice clean town though

Somebody needs to tell Africans those black and white paintings on the side of the road is unnecessary, nobody does that anymore, it makes the place ugly and is a waste of money and paint.

When are the motor cycles going to be taken off the streets of Uganda especially from Kampala. Kampala is the capital. It should look better than that. Your should look at Nairobi, Kigali and Dar se salaam. If your brother is doing well you learn from him. You don't just sit there and look at your brother developing without doing anything. What is the government doing? Imagine Kagame was like a refuge in Uganda. But he goes back to his home country and builts it. Can Museveni learn from? There is so much dust on the street of Uganda. Please request the government of Uganda to do something about clean the cities. Where is your tax money going?
